Hyde Park Court Hotel

The location

They swerved nearly no cooked food only scrambled eggs. The room was filthy and we had to clean it ourselves. Everything in the room was broken ie wardrobe, draws, switches, doors. Kettle was filthy it was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve booked some really bad ones in my time

Disappointing

Rooms are very small and beds are not comfortable There is no parking close by we park at another hotel and pay way too much money.

The location.

There was no chair in the room. Both my husband and I have back issues and requested for two chairs, but three were none.The computer monitor was placed on a small table as a TV. There was no bath. The toilet was too small, and there was no ventilation. The mattress was fine, but the duvet was old and uneven. There was nothing in the room to sit and relax; no chairs or sofas. The rooms were not soundproof. There was continuous noise from the corridor. Additionally, the coffee mugs were missing, and only small tea cups were available.

Close to town

Small room,small bathroom,only a small piece of soap and toilet paper as toiletries,had to really manoeuvre around the beds and bathroom.

Location, friendly staff

The whole hotel shakes every ten minutes from 5.30am up until 12.30am an when the underground passes underneathThe room was unfinished sockets were loose, beds old and rickety. Our first room was tiny and when we came back from having food then roof was leaking so they quickly moved us to another room.Not a very good variety for breakfast

It's value, it's clean, it does what it says on the tin and I would stay again. Very close to Paddington

The stairs are a killer if you've got luggage. The bathroom is not clean and no toiletries provided. The room is so so tiny, 2 people couldn't stand beside each other in that room. The rooms are very noisy- traffic from outdoors and other guests are audible from their rooms.

Hyde Park Court Hotel was near the train station, and a nice walk to the city. Therefore, I consider the location to be fabulous. The staff were very nice. A lovely lady in the kitchen made me a fabulous omelette each morning. I was able to store my bag on the last day, with my late departure. I was able to sit in the foyer and freshen up before I went to the airport. Thank you. xoxo

The Internet was pretty useless. The room was very small and not really comfortable.

Location near Paddington

Small beds, TV not working and walls not sound proof. Neighbours were very obviously “having fun”.

Access to the tube

Very basic room, no central heating, The tube train rattled the room.

Nice location

Typical London budget (£160 not that budget) hotel. Going to london really is like staying in a 1970s Blackpool b&b, The comfort vs price would make any other city cringe. I get it property prices are high and funds to do up tired buildings wouldn't be recouped but it just isn't value for money. Very much indicative of a city in decline.

It was cheap, but that is because it is in need of refurbishment.

The hotel is in need refurbishment. The fittings in the room were loose. I did not use the shower as it did not seem too good.Also, you can hear the underground trains as they rumble by below the hotel.

The location was convenient and close to amenities.

My room was on the 4th floor with no lifts it was awful to climb the stairs with luggage especially when I have knee and back pain. The Hotel is nothing like in the Photos shown.

Great location by Paddington. Staff was very friendly. The place is clean for the price, you cant beat it.

I was in a room below ground and you could actually hear trains from the tube. I dont mind noise at all so it was fine but for anyone else, I would request an above ground room.

A steep climb to the top floor. A bit cramped
