    Pros +

    • Location is excellent and very friendly staff
    • Was close to restaurants, cafes, and local transportation.
    • Location was super! One block from the Metro Station and about a 20-30 minute walk on very safe streets to the two main museums I scheduled to see: Natural History Museum and the Victoria and Albert Museum. Also an excellent pub across the street.

    Cons -

    • Bathroom need some updates. Sconce lights weren?t working.
    • The room smelled like smoke, no air conditioning, TV didn't work and minimum amenities. Cleanliness of the bathroom was questionable took a shower in my slippers. No staff available past 11:30pm and the doors to motel are left open.
    • The bathroom shower was tiny tiny tiny. I'm not very large so an ordinary person would have had a difficult time. Otherwise, it was exactly as expected. Oh! And stairs. Lots of them. But very clean and had everything I needed.

Central location with a lot to do and see close by. The staff was superb and allowed my group early check-in and provided many suggestions on what to do/see and how to navigate the Tube.

The shower was smaller than I could have imagines. In no way would that deter me from staying again, in fact I will be back in just a week because I loved it so much!

This is my go-to London hotel. Great price for what you get-Basic but clean room with on-suite, tea/coffee, quiet, good heat/ventilation, lovely staff. One block from Earl's Court tube station which is perfect for Heathrow or any part of London.

the receptionist. She is the best thing about this place. Decent TV and like the layout of the triple room on the 4th floor.

4 flights of stairs, no accessories at all other than a kettle and a couple of glasses and tea. Only had the medium sized towels. Tried to call the reception but the number is forwarded to reservations so had to go downstairs to speak to staff.

Great location, friendly & helpful staff, good water pressure and plenty of hot water in bathroom, strong internet connection, many choices for breakfast. DO NOT PUBLISH.

Lack of elevator (of which we were aware before arrival) and closet door did not close (I used a scrungy to keep it closed). DO NOT PUBLISH.

Staff went out of their way to make sure our room was ready as we had a 2pm theatre show and needed to change. It was really lovely of them and the room itself was great and very clean.

Nice location, clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows.

It was a bit noisy from the traffic.

    location.

Extremely noisy - you hear everything from surrounding rooms, and I had the pleasure of being there on the same day as a group having conversations into the night in the next room. Reception not really interested.Curtains didn't really work in this room.Felt like an old bedsit

It has an incredibly beautiful location, practically right next to the metro station and all the restaurants are only 200 meters away.

It's a shame there's no elevator in the hotel.

24-hour service desk with very friendly and supportive staff. Good sized room with comfortable ensuite facilities in a larger footprint than most hotels in this price range.

Great location no fuss hotel. Had everything I needed for a one night restful safe stay

Curtains don’t cover whole window. But windows are huge tbf

    Great location

Well first off all. there was construction happening downstairs with a lot of dust, for what my partner is alergic to. And next to our window for all 3 nights a power generator was left working outside, the windows are thin so we heard noice that loud and clear all the time. Staff said after the first night that they contacted someone to turn it off, but nothing changed for the rest of the nights.

    So clean and friendly

There is nothing I can complain about but there were lots of stairs

    3DanielPosted on: 1-24-2026

    Location

Cracking floors, thin walls, bed sheets smelling perfume of someone else, hair and pubes in the bed.

A lovely hotel in a perfect location, a 2 minute walk from Earls Court tube station! In a beautiful old building with a modern, comfortable room with everything you could need and amazing value for money. Friendly, welcoming staff.

Upon walking in, we were a little concerned as the reception looked unfinished but I think it was undergoing refurbishments so this is only a minor thing.
