Pros +
- The location is great, a very short walk away from a metro stop on the Picadilly line, meaning it is easily connected to the main train stations to get in and out of the city. There are coffees & restaurants at the end of the street should you need.
- Good location, nice historical building
- Nothing it was horrible
Cons -
- A few things, I knew the bed would be small... but it was very small. My GF isn't big and it was still elbow war the whole night. The windows are symbolic, you hear and breath the outside without real filter. I had to wedge one of the towels in the window to prevent it from rattling at every gust of wind. The layout of the room was dreadful, don't trust the pictures on the posting, they only show the decent rooms, ours was a corridor with a bed in it. I don't mind small rooms, I don't intend to stay in the room much, but it means that there was no bedside table, sockets were oddly place to charge phone and it is awkward to walk around the bed. Finally, the whole place could use a coat of paint, everything looks like it was last looked after 40 years ago, and I know it is London, but white paint isn't a luxury.
- Extremely small shower, electric radiator wasn't working
- I am appalled at the conditions of the room. There is a lot of black mould in bathroom all on the ceiling and walls. There is a horrible smell in the bathroom as well and so many marks on the walls. The shower is also leaking (we didn’t have a shower until 8pm) so again had nobody to tell this to.The WiFi given to us was just for the bottom floor and not for our floor so no WiFi. The reception is only open 3-8pm and we only dropped our stuff then slept didn’t check the bathroom so couldn’t even complain as there is nobody here til 3pm tomorrow. Thank god we are only here for one night as I believe these conditions are horrific!I understood the room would be small but there is barely any room with 2 of us to move.l and the room looks nothing like the picture on booking.com.State of the place do not go here!!!!

clean, right next to the metro station, and helpful staff!
Location, staff behavior, cleanliness
No room serviceNo elevator (room was at 3rd floor)Tiny hotel room, bathroom
It was easy to find, the room was clean and tidy. Bed was comfy and nice that the bathroom was close to the bed as my mum is disabled so she didn’t have far to walk to go to the toilet.it was handy having a storage room for our luggage too
There wasn’t a bin in our room to put any rubbish in or any bedside tables to put anything on. Could do with a plug socket to on the side of the bed closest to the wall. And our room smelt of paint. And no spoons in the room to make a hot drink
Clean, comfortable bed
TV is not working, all stairs, very thin wall (I heard snoring)
Do not stay here.
Our room had bed bugs. My husband received numerous bites. Had to leave hotel early and spent money on travel and new accommodations on top of what was spent to stay here. Reached out to management for support and have yet to receive a response or compensation.
BED BUGS!! Completely horrible, we discovered them on the middle on the night and there is no staff available to change the room or address the situation, reception is only open from 3 pm to 8 pm. We had to book in a new place in the middle of the night. Worse worse worse place I have ever stayed, we know that for the price it wasn’t something luxury but we did not expect to stay in some dirty room.

The property is a great location!
The rooms were unfortunately not cleaned and bed sheets were unchanged throughout the duration of my stay and despite getting a commitment from the Manager and the cleaners that the rooms will be there tidied.
Location
Never again! The room wasn’t clean at all. No elevator and the staircase was super narrow. Check-in instructions were sent at the very last minute. They said they had luggage storage, but it was just an unlocked spot in the hallway, not secure at all!
Bed bugs
We were bitten by bed bugs. Hotel didn’t offer any solution and refused to refund Sven though we had to leave and book different hotel because of bed bugs.
As earls court feels out of the way of central, it was close to the station
It is SO tiny. You can barely fit your luggage inside and walk around. No lift and no one to help carry luggage up and down the stairs, the young female Eastern European staff is rude and unhelpful. There is no room service. The cold and hot water is very inconsistent and changes often, you can have a full shower properly because the drain is too small you can’t handle the water of the rain shower installed. Check out is between 10-11 am but there is no staff there to help you with luggage or luggage storage. When I checked in I had communicated to them that I will need help with my luggage as they have no lift and it’s pretty heavy and I had multiple but when the day came, I asked the young Eastern European woman at reception, I told her I’m leaving to the airport now and my luggage is still upstairs assuming the staff communicate and her response was: “So?”
Great location and easy to find. Close to the underground.
Room was split over two levels. The ceiling where the bed was is not high enough to even stand up. The ceiling was low enough that if I sat on the bed I was not far from my head hitting the ceiling. Limited reception hours.
Quiet, pretty location, easy to get to
The size of the room and the foul smell from the shower
Location!
No elevators. Room was ok but lacked ventilation. No mirror in the bathroom.
The room was nice and clean, it was quiet and no one disturbed me and I specifically appreciated the lady who checked me in who was nice enough to allow me to get the room earlier and leave my luggage. Thank you so much, everything was great and I will come back!
No complaints, i was actually very pleasantly surprised by the whole experience
Is located in a very good place, the neighborhood is very cute
They didn’t clean everyday and we didn’t know, they told us that if we wanted the room to be clean we needed to ask for that to the staff, when we did the staff said that they don’t do it and that we needed to talk with the supervisor
Location was good. A couple of minutes walk from the bars and restaurants of Earls Court, and the tube station.
We booked a Deluxe Double. This couldn't have been further from the truth. The room was tiny and on the third floor, with no lift. The floor was on a huge slant, so sleeping in the bed was like camping in an uneven field. The bed was clean, and so was the bathroom, but it was like staying in a cheap b&b from the 80's. I absolutely would not stay here again. It's a shame, because it is (or was) a beautiful building and has great potential. The TV did not work, and apart from checking in we did not see a single member of staff the whole time we were there.
Location is really nice and the overall contact with the desk office was amazing.
The bathroom needs a deeper cleaning in the shower
