Location.

The curtain and the bedframe were dirty.

Fantastic location , comfortable, clean room, complimentary bottle of wine and snacks

Pleased with the room. Staff friendly and helpful.

It was noisy until about 2am but we expected that for the location.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was very well presented and clean. I would recommend that you stay here while in London.

The breakfast was disappointing being only a continental and in the cafe next door

Didn't actually get to stay in the property as was informed there was a leak in my room. After travelling then working I was turned away at the last minute.

Lack of communication. Poor alternative (a hotel in Paddington. 20 minutes away!) Although still able to check in other guests. Bizzare.

The checking staff were fantastic (receptionist and gentlemen that sounds doo and took cases) glass of sparkly and free bottle of wine in the room is a fantastic touch. Room was very nice and equipped well

The windows in the room could do with being a thinker glaze, noise from the street was pretty significant. I know it's in the middle of London so some noise is expected

Location and cleanliness

Needed a taxi for a certain time to make a booking - reminder the reception staff several times however, the taxi was never booked and we then had to wait for 20 minutes for a taxi to be hailed - which made us late for our reservation

Tiny bed in a tiny room. Felt way too small for 2 people. Bed was apparently a double but felt more like a king single.

I like the professional service provided by the Reception Desk Manager Aura. She was amazing, so high level of service, she was so friendly and welcoming. Just sensational!! I will recommend to everyone. I received an amazing upgrade by her for my room, and I was so happy! Thank you so much

The location is great. Close to Picadilly Circus and literally on the edge of Chinatown. Walking distance to most sites. To compensate their booking mistake, the manager gifted us breakfast at next door coffee shop every morning, that was nice.

They couldn't find my booking at first. Once we finally got our room, the room was a bit smelly. There were several windows in the room, but you couldn't see through because of the condensation. The housekeeping staff was very loud in the hallway some mornings. Last but not least, there is no lobby space per say, only a small hallway with the check in counter so no space to gather with our family.

The room I had was facing Shaftesbury Avenue and also located opposite to some staff room. I will preface this by saying I am a light sleeper but with the noise from outside and early staff meetings opposite my room door it was very noisy. I’m sure the rooms facing away from the main avenue and not situated in close proximity to staff rooms are more pleasant.

Location is awesome. Close to restaurants, pubs, theaters. Staff was lovely. Room was clean and we had 2 sleeping areas.

Everything was terrific.

I only stayed one night, but the hotel was clean and comfortable. A nice touch was the champagne on ice when I arrived. There was also fruit and bottled water in the room.
