Sunday London Paddington Hotel

The rooms have no noise cancellation, you can hear everything in the hallways, in the elevator, in the rooms, etc.

The AC was not working, asked for ice they did not have it.

The room they gave me had a bedbug infestation. I received bites all over my back and face and had to be relocated to another room. The manager avoided compensation until I demanded a refund. Terrible experience

Great Location close to transportation. The room has nice up to date bathroom.

Finding my room was a challenge, it's like a maze.

Awful room -- a tiny T-shaped room with a double bed and a single bed, squeezed into the end of the room. Definitely expected something far better based on other stays at this hotel.

Room size, Carpeting in room, bland decor, sheets were not changed daily, no conditioner, shampoo and body wash was half way used, had to carry our own bags to room, saw others getting rooms before us,

The location was amazing. It was a short walk to Paddington Station and was surrounded by cute restaurants.

The rooms are very tiny and the beds need to be replaced.

The room size was misrepresented. The photos on the website looked nothing like the real room. The shoebox size room has the 2 beds situated in a way that they were against the walls with a narrow path to squeeze between to get in bed.

Location is close to many appealing sites.

Room was very, very small. Cleaners did not come until requested. There are many stairs so access can be challenging for those limited mobility or with baggage.

There were moths in the room, which the staff was supposed to address while we were out. At 11:00 pm when we returned, there were still bugs, so we moved rooms, down tight-turn stairs with no lift, which was an inconvenience. They offered us nothing.

Check-in was pretty straightforward. Welcoming at reception and the room was very spacious and clean. As someone who travels to London regularly for work, this is a great hotel. Close by to Paddington station (2min walk), restaurants in the vicinity.

Nothing not to like. The bar area is on the small side if you¿re looking to have drinks in the hotel but not something that is of interest to me.

I was dubious about a boutique hotel. For the price point, it exceeded my expectations. We will stay here again. The staff was exceptional. It was clean, safe and met my expectation of a 4 star hotel.

The restaurant was closed the first day. Beyond that, it was wonderful.

Staff were really friendly, helpful! Location is not bad, coming fron Paddington station its a short walk. Some rooms are on the third floor without elevator, not useful if one has difficulties climbing stairs Nice bar to enjoy an after work drink!!

Its like a maze, we got lost a few times as their is little to none signage showing directions to the reception area Cleanliness: Found hairs on the bath mat, the shelves were dusty. Needs improvement! Carpets and interior in the room are old
