- Excellent location. Very nice coffee shop/bar.
Cons -
- It's noisy outside but it is central london so take ear plugs.
- No cleaning, No windows, no fresh air in the room, the room was too small for two persons
- perhaps a chair in the room instead of a stool?WC flushing - pressing the buttons was a bit difficult.Room cleaning was really late on the second day, we had agreed on an every other day service, but then were hoping for an before lunch cleaning on the second day.

We Loved the complimentary cheese & wine early evening A very nice touch ✌️
RoomCould been larger but guess is in a prime location
Excellent locationCleanlinessSimplicityAnd the option to leave luggage on the day of departure.
It's a shame the breakfasts are a bit pricey; we didn't try themEverything was fine.
Location, price ,room
Booked to be close to the theatre we were attending and it was a minutes walk round the corner, perfect! Staff were so helpful and I had requested a ground room as I’d recently had an operation and was getting back using steps/stairs. They immediately responded to all messages and when we arrived that had upgraded our room which was a lovely gesture. Staff were all kind and accommodating. Would recommend and will definitely use again
Nothing, it suited its purpose perfectly
I absolutely loved the hotel’s location — just around the corner from Haymarket and only a three-minute walk to Piccadilly Circus Underground station, with the Piccadilly Line providing a direct connection to Heathrow Airport. For theatre lovers, this is the perfect place to stay, as the West End theatres are all within easy walking distance. Leicester Square and Chinatown are just a few steps away, offering countless dining options. The room was compact but thoughtfully designed and perfectly sufficient for a two-night stay. The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, which made the experience even more pleasant. I also appreciated the 24/7 café in the lobby, serving simple yet tasty food at any time of day.I will definitely choose The Z Hotel Piccadilly again on my next visit to London.
I had booked a room with a window, although it appears that windowless rooms are also available at the hotel so be careful when making your booking.
Staff lovely and attentive, location great for theatre trips
Cleanliness an issue, stains, drips on the wall and marks, handprints on the bed frame was wild
Great location and ideal for one night in London The rooms are small but perfect if you want to be central in the West end and not pay a fortune
Good value for money if you are looking for a hotel after a gig in London! It is tiny but hey it's central London... it's either this or bunker bed in a hostel! It has coffee and kettle in the room, which is great!
Wifi is not that stable in the basement room.
Ideal location for central London. Room had standard facilities.
Lack of space. Bed wall to wall. Window overlooking neighbours. No room to move around.
The location was perfect
No windows, I kept waking up in the night not having a clue what time of day it was because it was pitch black, I felt like I was below deck on a ship cabin
excellent location especially as we were going to the theatre . Close to bars and restaurants. staff were very friendly and professional . The evening we went into the cozy bar and were offered free cheese and wine !! How lovely , really nice to be given a reward for staying at the hotel . The beds and pillows were really comfy
the room was a little smaller than photos indicated , but it was adequate for the money we paid . Still had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.
It's a modern clean well situated hotel friendly staff
Just thought if you sharing a room you can't be toilet shy
Central but quiet location, well arranged room, comfortable bed with good linen, good sized shower, good coffee and very friendly staff.
Nothing really, we love the Z!
Great location! We were staying in London for a west end show and we were literally around the corner! Hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly.
We were in the basement so no window in the room. I was sharing with my sister and the toilet and shower had glass doors that didn't close all the way either so it was not private. Its fine for a couple but not for family or friends to share!
Location price simplicity
Breakfast options! Simple eggs & sourdough bread not available
