    Pros +

    • Location. Looks like a quiet, shady street (actually wasn't all that quiet, lots of helicopters and sirens) and it's super close to Paddington Station and lots of eateries.
    • Location. Nice bathroom and shower. Very clean. Liked being able to open window for fresh air. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast. I would stay here again.
    • Breakfast, cleanliness, staff helpfulness.

    Cons -

    • The BED was miserably uncomfortable. I had to ask the staff for extra blankets to use as cushioning so I could sleep. The decor was also quite ugly but that's not super important.
    • I guess all hotel rooms in this area are tiny. Would be nice to have comfy sofa beds or Murphy beds to allow for space to hang out during daytime. Bed takes up almost all the room. Comfy, though.
    • No microwave.

    The staff and the beds

The AC kept turning off and we had to ask the desk to turn it back on

Location to central London & paddington station

Paper thin walls. I heard everything in the room next to me, from normal volume conversation to the guys cell phone beeping all night long.

Proximity to London Paddington Station, shops, and restaurants; breakfast provided; staff was lovely and extremely helpful

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 5-27-2022

The location was close to the station and restaurants. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast included a lovely coffee maker with several options. Toast, croissants, cold cuts and yogurt were included as well as hard boiled eggs.

The rooms were a bit unconventional and the air conditioning wasn¿t working. We were able to open the window and were supplied with a fan. It was a value priced hotel and almost what would be expected.

Location is great! Breakfast was decent. Hard boiled eggs, cereal, meat & cheese, fruit, & breads. Also we were lucky to get a room before the 2pm check in. Bed was surprisingly comfy. Would book again.

Wear ear plugs. It¿s old building & thin walls but luckily didn¿t have very loud neighbors. I travel for a living & all rooms seem to be small in London but our room was actually not too bad. Just know going in they can be tight.

Very nice area close to the tube. Great breakfast and the room was very nice and clean. I am so happy I chose this hotel for my 2 week trip.

It's in a very convenient location. A walk from Paddington station which was nice and a close option for the hop on hop off bus. Fun pubs located near by as well as souvenir shopping.

Bed was like sleeping on a rock. A/C barely worked. VERY small room. No room to move around for two people. Odd "barrier" type door in the room between room and hallway. The breakfast was very basic. Breads, meat, cheese, cereal etc. Nice bonus

We stayed for 4 nights. The location is great, awesome service .The hotel staff were very friendly and cooperative.I and my husband were very happy & satisfied for making the decision to stay in this hotel

We. didn't like the room size and breakfast serving hours were little short. We were there to enjoy vacation,it was hard to wake up and rush for the breakfast.

Brilliant from start to finish! friendly staff room was lovely and clean and stocked with PG tea bags which was a lovely touch from a tea drinker not to be greeted with rubbish tea bags! Plenty of towels in the bathroom and the biggest hit for my daughter was a smart TV which meant I could log into Netflix and let her watch her favourite show and unwind while I showered! The location from Paddington station was fantastic, I came with my 6 year old who did extremely well walking but was a godsend to be a stones throw away from the station and being able to leave bags at the hotel even after checkout was amazing!! We checked out left our bags at reception spent the second day exploring and popped back to grab bags before our train home! Just brilliant the whole Stay.

That we didn’t book two nights!

The room was not like in pictures and for twin bed we have single bad and 1 1/2 bad. Everything was used and old. The room is not worth it. It totay scam.

Good location. Great room size. Clean and tidy.

The mattress was uncomfortable so one of us had to use the single bed.
