the room had not been cleaned. I had to change my own sheets! The trash can was overflowing, there was no cleaning done. It was extremely loud all hours of the day and night, I was never able to get any sleep. Stay away!!

Its ok. I like about the canteen being inside the hostel, for a quick snack. Can be pricey sometimes. But good thing to have. Instead of walking for miles to get stuff.

Not much to say. But it can be better.

The staff are brilliant there and the facilities are excellent. Tv room to watch sports and play pool. Spacious and guests are friendly. Coffee room also available.

The room was warm,being that am from Africa,neat

It is a nice and cozy place! Member of the KGB ( Kensal Green Backpackers 2) are nice and friendly like, Demitra, Virna, Pumlani and Precious .Fantastic Security always protect and look after me Francis , Joshua and Yaroslav.There is good place to chili out at back of the Cafe staff like Sifa, Libby, and Carlos who is the Cafe Manager . He is nice and friendly

FANTASTIC KGB owner (IAN) including staff and members !! Especially Anka ( Manager), Dementi ( reception) lovely security ( Frankie) and Lovely Safa ( Cafe Manager) . KGB had a great team and friendly. What can i say?... because i had been stayed there for a while now since 31st December, and now i am getting in and used too.

I am a bit worried and concern about share dom have snoozing.....

The cleaning team are really working hard to keep the premises clean

It is FANTASTIC COZY place to lodge ! Anka who is the lovely manager in Kensal Green Backpackers warm and welcoming.It was my first stage of lodge and because of the convenient and comfortable facilities e.i : Cafe/ Wifi , i have made 2 stage of lodge.JAT

Not very clean and not all the showers worked

The fact that I messaged the Managers and they never got back to me and when I prebooked and paid the money upfront I gave a time I was arriving it got approved then at front desk got told to come later, then it just was not the one in Amsterdam it was funn worth the money and experience here not so much

Amazing and very close to a train station and bus stop Not far from central london

This hostel is very clean, affordable, and well-maintained. The staff are polite and helpful, and the beds are comfortable and tidy. However, the rooms could use some improvement.

The cemetery because the dead dont talk, dont gorge, dont discriminate and dont attack, or provoke aggression.

the staff/security will approached you each time asking if you live there etc, this same staff, so-called security, are very, very rude with intimidation tactics.The security are very, very ghetto and will be hanging, drinking and smoking with guests, etc

The room was renovated! Was insuite very peaceful night very clean close from public transport. I really enjoyed my stay was for work ..

The price for the bed

Some people that stay there long term think the place belongs to them, and are very rude and disgusting.

I was in a female 4 bed dorm with 3nsuite bathroom. The room was very clean and so was the bathroom. There were only tourists in my room and no longterm residents like last time and that made a big difference. I would stay again but only with an ensuite toilet

Anca is A M A Z I N G . Thanks to her I had an amazing stay, the place is clean and supportive staff members are there to help. Anca is a very sharp, intelligent human being and very professional . Thank you Anca. Also the place has a pool table and Dj nights - great areas to chill and cook if the need be. Place is 2 min from underground tube which really helps. Also I met Ian who has helped me diffuse confusion and helped with my needs whilst I was navigating dark times. Thank you Joshua who made sure on his shift I felt protected and safe .Amazing teamThank you guys, may God bless youKindness and respect,Anca A Dolinschi
