A really superb hotel! Wonderful staff, delightful room, solid bed, appealing public spaces, great breakfast!

The choice at breakfast was vey good and it was delicious. Service was very prompt and friendly.

Charlie's restaurant was being refurbished so was not available for breakfast or Sunday lunch which we had to cancel. Thatw as disappointing

We stayed at the hotel as a treat for a family birthday. The hotel was fantastic from pre arrival contact to checking out.Staff were attentive and the small cake in the room was a wonderful touch for my brother in law’s birthday..Housekeeping made sure our rooms were spotless with thoughtful finishing touches for comfort. The hotel was extremely busy as you would expect in the run up to Christmas but staff were professional, friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble. A wonderful stay celebrating a special occasion.The stunning Christmas decorations really put us in the Christmas mood. Lots of wonderful memories from the stay.

Very nice staff, perfect location, spacious rooms

It really was a perfect place to enjoy a two nights stay in London. Close to the Buckingham Palace and key areas, but facing a not so busy street. The staff was truly amazing and we were very well taken care of, including’Mum who needs a wheelchair to get to one place to the next. Our special thanks is goes to Giui.

The room was lovely the staff were engaging and interested in you. The doormen were first class

We had breakfast on the Sunday morning. We got entirely the wrong order and when a second coffee was asked for we had to ask again as clearly message not delivered to kitchen. This did not spoil things and the correct breakfasts were delivered.

Kindness and professionalism of the personnel. Cleanliness of the premises and the room. The drinks and the food were excellent. Breakfast served at the table and of perfect quality. Our bed requirements were all fulfilled on our arrival, without having to make any reminder.

Very limited number of TV channels and remote control slow. Not enough space for toilet requisites and only one basin for two guests.

Everything. This is a well oiled machine. The staff are delightful, the rooms beautifully appointed and the restaurants offer healthy options. It is in a different category to Salthouse Hotel in Northern Ireland where I recently stayed but smaller hotels could really learn from Browns

great location and very friendly staff. the bar is fantastic with good wine selection.

I am afraid the property need some updates. The floor creaks when walking on which can be annoying when people passing in the hall way.

Some premium priced rooms are VERY tired and well below the standard of refreshed rooms which are advertised on website. Some staff were amazing and shared our concerns. It took for us to advise we would find another hotel for the manager to magically find a renovated room for us that was previously not available.

The room and facilities were beautiful and II cannot recommend them too highly. The restaurant has been superb and the staff were fantastic.

Nothing except the expense of the afternoon tea. Everything else was beautiful.

Superb hotel with the best staff ever! Delicious food and cocktails. Perfect location for sightseeing and was just magical with all christmas lights and decorations.

The staff were very attentive. Superb room facing out onto Albermarle Street. Attractive decor throughout the hotel.

As an English couple we like our tea, so there was a little disappointment not to see a kettle in the room. We did eventually receive one only after room service produced a hot water flask and hot milk.Prefer not to have unexpected gratuities sneaked on to our bill. Breakfast was perhaps slightly limited e.g. no mushrooms with the cooked breakfast and there didn't appear to be any cereal, fresh fruit, cereal, or yoghurt on offer.
