Marriott Executive Apartments London, Canary Wharf

The staff were wonderful. Very courteous and helpful. The location was very close to transportation. Even though the light rail was next door to our apartment, we could barely hear it! Good food close by as well as grocery shopping. Great area!

The curtains showed considerable wear on the edges where they are opened and closed. The carpet as you enter the living room (right side of door frame is coming up. Kitchen exhaust fan needs Service. Makes kitchen smell when run.

Hotel staff were great.

Room had live moths (and ratted curtains), dodgy heating, and water leak in kitchen. 2 of the 4 kitchen task lights didn't work. Hotel food was mediocre at best - certainly far below expectations given the property.

Excellent staff, location was very close to good restaurants, shopping, evening walks. A little distant from downtown London, but all was convenient via the rail system. Would definitely stay again.

Staff were very nice. The local area was very nice as well. Lots of restaurants to chose from. Easy access to the tube and DLR.

It was a little far from the city center. It was manageable and was worth the slightly longer transport times. The housekeeping service was somewhat spotty. I had to request it on one occasion.

The staff treated my friends and I with utmost respect. We were booked on the 12 floor which had a gorgeous view. The apartment was clean, tidy and spacious (for London standards). We’d definitely return should we have a need in London again!

Very comfortable bed, spacious room, nice toiletries, excellent location for the O2 and other transport connections around Canary Wharf and central. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was tasty

There was no coffee machine, only instant coffee, in the room - I would have expected a machine for the price and type of hotel. Breakfast was a little expensive for the style and quality of food - which was tasty, but nothing different, extra delicious or special.

Very good selection and staff very attentive.

Children not being supervised by parents and touching buffet items and then putting them back!

Convenient location.

Staff did not deliver any milk for tea and coffee in room until we checked out. I asked for 5/6 times and it never arrived. Shame when it’s an expensive stay.

Great location, friendly staff.

Booked an apartment for 3 and there was only 1 bed. I ended up having to pay additional £50 for Z bed which wasn’t very comfortable.

We had an executive apartment but the room was not cleaned or serviced during our stay as this is only done every 3 days (we only found this out when we checked in). We only stayed for 3 nights so ran out of items and clean towels. Had to constantly request bin changes, new towels and tissues.

Aaron on your front desk / concierge is absolutely fantastic and was wonderful to my family throughout our stay from check in to check out. He was kind, courteous and particularly wonderful with our young son and made him feel very special. Thank you Aaron for your attentiveness and for going the extra mile to make our stay that much better.Also appreciated that we were able to check in early and given a quayside view room which we had requested before check in. It's the little things like this that elevate a stay from ok to great.

Only criticisms:-no milk packets in kitchenette for tea and coffee-basin in bathroom had rusty drain ring which would benefit from changing -only one bathrobe for three guests

Location was great. Breakfast good, especially omelette chef was great. Rooms were big and comfy.

Gym and sauna were not operational. One room was on the corner where the noice from train track was audible and bothering throughout the night
