Nothing! Upon arriving we were informed that the closest parking was a half hour walk away!! Seeing our flight in to London was delayed and we had payed so much for this hotel we really wanted to still spend the night! We did not and booked somewhere els

Customer service was missing here and very very very disappointing experience which ended up at a different hotel which took another hour to get to!!!

Nice lobby, good location.

I felt the lobby was the only thing about the hotel that was at a 5 star level. The room, bathroom and amenities were 3 or 4 at best.

We loved it!! It smelt amazing, the staff were so nice, decor is beautiful! Spotlessly clean, many complimentary items and drinks available, a real treat for my boyfriends birthday. Wish we could've stayed longer! I want to go back!

Hard to think of anything negative at all! If I had to, the floor was a little creakky/uneven (floor 5 corner room)

Not much, it's a really pricey hotel + I don't know why they had to see my passport? It was very unusual to ask for it, didn't see the need

We chose this spot primarily for the location - it is steps from the Liverpool train station and super convenient to travel. We were surprised how nice the property was, and how fun and colorful the decor.

Location was good, but not kid friendly at night. Breakfast was top notch! Staff was kind and helpful.

Biggest problem was their systems were down. They continued to charge our accounts to put money on hold. The systems were down for 6 days and we were out triple the amount of the payment of the stay until they worked again. Not ideal during the holiday times and while on vacation. There was also miscommunication in the price of the stay. Staff and management were very helpful, again just an inconvenience.

It is a lovely hotel centrally located if you're doing business in London City. We only booked this property because it was right next to Liverpool Street station (where you exit the Stansted Express), however upon arriving in London were informed the train was not running. So instead we had to take a train half way, then a cab, which was expensive.

The hotel location is not convenient if you're a tourist, plus can be a little touch and go at night. We arrived at midnight with babies due to a travel delay (trains weren't running) and it took a while to get inside the building/checked in. The rooms are very small and basic.

Love Andaz for family visits to London. Good location, smart hotel and staff are very helpful

Our room was very small for the price of £395, yet the other party in our booking, their room was huge. One other issue was lack of milk and English teabags. I did ask reception and the guy was helpful but could not find any tea bags.

Staff, not the most helpful - sat in reception with our young sone waiting for a while - not one mention there was a pool table round the back - everyone else got offered a drink and we didn’t - an alarm clock went off in hour room at 4.30, we had no idea what it was m, woke our young son up, all then awake from 4.30 - they didn’t seem too bothered in reception when I told them

Have stayed many times and really love the hotel

Room not same standard as Ive had before. We were on floor 1 and there was a party happening which is great but would have been better if not on a floor where we could clearly hear the party and had nor been pre warned by staff

Poor customer service and communication

Item left in room, contacted hotel within a couple of hours after check out. Told they would get in touch with housekeeping. Still not received confirmation they have my belongings. Really disappointed

Perfect for a short getaway — clean, quiet, and excellent service.

Blocked at the front door until I showed my booking confirmation. That wasn't humiliating in the slightest.

Location is excellent beside Liverpool St Station. Room was beautiful. Choice of 2 breakfast restaurants. Great range, plenty of choices of hot food and healthy options. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved our stay.
