Lots of bars, eating places nearby and over the road from fantastic shopping. 2 minute walk from the Palladium. Will definitely stay again.Upgraded as it was a Birthday Trip

Breakfast Cost was excessive. Didnt book it at £25 each. Tea & Coffee facilities werent brilliant.

Terrible Experience – Would Not Stay AgainOur stay was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The biggest issue was that there was no heating in our room. The thermostat wasn’t working at all. We called maintenance, and when the technician arrived, he acted like we didn’t know what we were talking about. He claimed he fixed it, but absolutely nothing changed.When we went back to follow up, he was nowhere to be found. We then spoke to the concierge, who told us there were no other rooms available. The only “solution” offered was a blanket and a heater — but we were only given one blanket and no heater at all. We were freezing the entire night. No discount, no apology worth mentioning, and no effort to make things right.On top of that, the bathroom sink was cracked and leaking, which clearly shows poor maintenance and lack of care for the rooms.Overall, the service was unprofessional, the room conditions were unacceptable, and customer service was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here.

Fridge dirty. Telly a nightmare to get working and kept going wrong. Room 417. No spare pillows in room. No view amd dirty windows.

The property was in a great location, near to everything we needed. We were given a complimentary upgrade and we couldn’t fault the room. The pool and sauna was a nice touch. Everyone who worked there were friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to stay again.

I can't believe this is a 5 star rated hotel. It's very tired looking, patchy in places. The staff were ok but again not what would be considered as 5 star.

Location is undoubtedly strong

It's laughable that this hotel is listed as 5-star on Booking.com. It's tired, pretty standard (what are you getting beyond what you'd get in an Premier Inn), and ultimately misrepresented as 5-star.

Really good size room. Liked the quirky cells at the bar, made it a bit different.

No view from the room. There was another building very close and fairly sure we could hear people playing squash. It is in a prime part of London so was expected and didn’t spoil our stay.

Location right in the centre of London. Friendly staff.

Room was a little tatty. Wall paper peeling off the wall. Extractor fan broke in bathroom. TV did not work.

In a great position for the tube and shops but not in the middle of the noisy hustle and bustle.All staff were super friendly and helpful and room was large with absolutely every mini accessory you could need in the bathroom.

Cold water didn't work.properly. bed uncomfortable. Shower was awful

The location is fantastic. In the heart of everything. The bed was also very comfortable.

The air conditioning unit made an awful racket even when it was turned off which was annoying. Tv remote didn’t really work very well. Couldn’t use the bar as there was a private event on which we didn’t know about.

No mirror at all in bedroom. Only mirror in bathroom . Never not had a mirror in main room before in any hotel we have stayed in. Found it very inconvenience when one person tryong to get ready and other using bathroom.

The staff were very polite and friendly. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom had the little things you need. Having an iron, a decent hairdryer was great.It was also my birthday and they upgraded our room and delivered cake with note, a very nice touch. The pool / spa is lovely. The roof top is a lovely space even in winter, highly recommend staying here.

The location was excellent. Very helpful staff & rooms were nice & clean.

Location was the best for where we needed to be. Breakfast was good, good options. Cleanliness was topnotch.

Coffee tasted good, but I was still pining for a coffee machine that can make a cappuccino, or something fancier than coffee in a pot.

Hotel was empty, no atmosphere TV wouldn't work properly We had house keeping in no uniform knock on our door at 9:30 asking what time we were checking out. We asked for Fried eggs at breakfast. Only two other guests in breakfast room and had to remind staff we had asked for them. On check out, nobody asked if we had enjoyed our stay.. Just not sure I would have any reason to return. Gone down hill since our last stay
