Thisis my 5th time staying their. All is great except, the buffet breakfast is just not as good as in the past. The eliptical machine was broken.

We were upgraded from a junior suite to full suite, and it was amazing. The staff were very kind and helpful. The location was ideal - a block from the Gloucester Road Underground station. Nice breakfasts. Highly recommended!

The hotel was absolutely filthy, the room was very dated and carpets looked like a farm had been living on it. The bar was not open and we were not told about it before hand. The staff were rude, we were not greeted on arrival and stood there like idiots while they stood chatting.

Beautiful room, lots of space, friendly and helpful staff

The shower was a little tired, door didn't quite close

The staff were amazing. There was a problem with their system and they double booked our room so they upgraded us to an incredible suite, it was beautiful! Also chucked in free breakfast and goodies in the room. The staff were so apologetic even though we weren’t too fussed and certainly weren’t expecting all that. They were so attentive throughout the whole stay. Room was beautiful and no doubt our original room was too.

Comfortable room with plenty of storage, good sized bathroom with separate bath and shower cubicle plus good lighting. Lovely restaurant with pleasant decor.

The bar wasn’t open during our stay. There was a strange smell in reception and corridors

The room was huge and very well appointed. The bathroom was large with both shower and bath. The location was perfect and close to two tube stations and lots of cafes and restaurants.we ate in the on site restaurant and found it a bit disappointing, with no atmosphere and positively chilly. The food was lovely but the service left much to be desired

Although the room was luxurious, the carpet was stained and in need of a good clean. Unfortunately the bar was closed for a private function which was a bit disappointing

Awful cooking smell of old cabbage pervades the lobby, lift and corridor. Thankfully you couldn’t smell it inside our room.This put us off having breakfast at the hotel so we went to the hotel next door.Rooms are a bit tired - whole place needs an update.

Great location, not far from tube and easy to walk to other areas. Lots of handy shops & restaurants nearby.Very spacious rooms & very comfortable beds. Big bathroom with jacuzzi bath.Good breakfast options. Staff always very friendly, helpful with bags & professional.

I love this property. It’s a bit faded luxury but thats why you get a lot more for your money ie bigger rooms in a central location.

The room smelled like tobacco and it was very uncomfortable. We asked the staff to change rooms but he said he’d just spray our room which he never did.

The room was fine but the tv didn’t work
