100 Queen's Gate Hotel London Kensington, Curio Collection by Hilton

Room was too worn out. Walls were covered in scuffs and marks and smelled a bit damp

Great Location. Short walk to Albert Hall or South Kensington tube for quick access to central London. Lovely traditional townhouse style Hotel but decorated and updated to a modern feel. Very clean. Very attentive and welcoming staff.

Hotel facilities were good

Room 325 has a massive unit outside the window which kept us pretty much awake all night.

The room was very stuffy with no ability to open a window or control the temperature.

very friendly and helpful staff. the hotel is very well maintained and the bar and restaurant areas are lovely. Breakfast was excellent with good choice and really kind smiling staff

the room was very small, hot and didnt have enough wardrobe space. The bed was small and not very comfortable We tried to turn the heating down but it was stuffy and the air was dry We should have booked a larger room

Some of the staff very unhelpful and a little silly, no lateral thought bound up by Hilton policies, or they used this an excuse not to assist

Beautiful Hotel, we were greeted by Rosie in Reception who gave us a lovely welcome. Very friendly staff.Decor is fab, Beds comfy, good selection at Breakfast and excellent location.

Staff was awesome. Location, unbeatable.

Just one little thing: wait was too long for breakfast! We had to wait for other guests to finish. They should have more space and tables for breakfast.

The front desk staff, led by Onkar, was first-rate.All the other staff were excellent too.The food and the room were both excellent.

The bedside reading lights were too dim to read by.The beds were a bit hard.

Fabulous attentive staff, beautiful hotel. Excellent breakfast, good quality and delicious. Very clean. Spacious beautiful bedroom, comfy bed. Great location 4 minutes from the tube.

Bathroom let the room down. No heated towel rail, shower was average. Towels very thin.Deluxe atrium room had frosted window apart from one small pane, didn’t like being unable to see out and in darkness. Apart from that the room was spacious and beautiful.

The cleaning, the room space, decor and employees. They responded fast when an electric trip happens on the last day of our stay and just before our airport left.

I prefer having a bathroom on the lower level of the room, so if I came with kids they would easy get the sofa bed and access the bathroom on the same level. Also, access to a balcony would be great! Lastly, our neighbors were noisy. Not the kids, it was one of the parents.
