    Pros +

    • Physically getting in and out was easy. The room was small, duh, but had high ceilings and was easy to navigate. Gails Bakery basically in the lobby and Jack Horners the next door over. Easy to get everywhere. Highly recommended.
    • Easy walk to soho etc. close to shops too! Exactly s as advertised, small space, runs a but like a bnb.
    • Location and exterior look.

    Cons -

    • Nothing. Clean basic room.
    • Other than location, everything else was really bad. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Been travelling through all of Europe recently and this was by far the worst hotel stayed at and was the most expensive.
    • 1. It’s a human less hotel. No reception. No security no anything. Only the cleaner was human2. Super small and not very clean rooms3. Everything looks old and bad design4. Very expensive for what you get. I do not recommend it.

    Great location!

Lack of timely communication and onsite services. Something in the room made our allergy worse.

    Location

The hotel is excellent, but the blonde female employee who works during the day is extremely rude and ignorant. Since you are a hotel chain in most countries around the world, you should be smart enough not to hire this type of staff to deal with people, as she lacks the most basic standards of manners and customer service.

    Awful

Super small bed advertised as queen was in fact a small double (and two of us staying in the room!!) and room was very small and no place to put your clothing not even a place to put your suitcase

Superb location. Easy to manage self-checking. Delicious bakery for breakfast next door.

I was there in October, heating was on but there was pretty cold throughout the window. Afraid to come in winter.

    Clean and convenient.

Not enough storage lockers. But options nearby provided via email.

Central location, close to public transportation, easy digital access

Tiny room, bathrooms need some more hooks for towels

Purchased breakfast in Gail’s next door, there was no on-site breakfast.

When we first arrived, our bedroom was surprisingly tiny for the price, but that wouldn’t have been such a big issue if there was a pleasantness when we arrived. Instead, it had a terrible smell that we couldn’t even stay in the room and we felt physically sick. The room was changed for a larger room, which was satisfactory. But not a good impression on arriving. Because we would’ve thought that the cleaner would’ve noticed that.

Staffless. Room tiny, smaller than I even expected. Nowhere to work except sitting on the bed

Excellent location. Beautiful, spacious room. Very clean. Staff was very responsive. This is a self service hotel though so just know that when you book. There is no front desk with staff. You check in with a code and access your room with a code. There is a small lobby area though where you can hang out. Also, a cafe right next door. We LOVED IT. Highly recommend.

No lobby fron desk. No deadbolt for the door.

Excellent location close to a lot of shops, pubs, and restaurants. Tottenham Court Road Station is a short and easy walk away, making it very easy to get to and from Heathrow. Accessing the building and my room was a snap. My room was small but well laid out, with modern bathroom facilities. I really appreciated having a fridge and a proper desk. It’s an old building so the sound insulation isn’t the best, but I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was at night and early in the morning.

Is this a 4 star hotel, as you present it???!No reception, no staff, only one lazy elevator, no wardrobe/closet in the room, blocked sink (and a dirty one), 4 stars????

    10GloriaPosted on: 9-9-2025

Originally, I was concerned about the lack of staff for check-in or just available at any hour. However, everything went smoothly. Check-in was simply using the code and going to my room. The property was exactly as advertised—A small room--solo traveler, didn't need a lot of extra room, twin bed, full bath, mini fridge, good WiFi. The facility was well maintained, always felt safe coming and going. Not having daily cleaning of the room wasn’t a problem. As advised I took my trash to the designated area each morning. Anything needed—clean towels, toilet paper, coffee, etc., was available to take from the closet. Though I had a room overlooking the street, it was very quiet. The location for me was perfect, a very short walk to the nearest tube, also the British Museum was a short walk, and in all directions plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants, etc. Even going or coming in or out late or early, the area was very safe. Preferred having a code and not a key to access the outer door and my room. The value was great, a room with all needed and expected for a great value. Will stay here again.

    Nothing, liked everything.

Location , big size room , cold ac and fry, comfy beds , help with online shipments

Very hard to contact with someone and take long time !!!No help with our heavy luggage 4 big and 2 small !!!No luggage stand so all the time we bend to take any thing it give me back pain ! No slippers or bath robs !!Old sink and bathtub take looong time to drain the water ! No free water every day only on arrival day ! No every day cleaning which is very important to any guest i think , they we not clear about there system in booking app and very offer an additional fees if we want the normal cleaning that any hotel provide they said that good for our privacy!! It was nightmare when we knew that we will take the dirty towels and trash every day and bring new the new ones after long day ( we stay for a week ) The iron and table iron they not in the room we should use it and return it take every day ! It definitely not worth the high price no services at all !
