Location was good

Flooded bathroom - water gushing out of the ceiling through the light fixtures! Room not ready on arrival (initially arrived early but even having gone back after allotted time they could not get through to cleaners) , staff could not make a gin and ton

The hotel is at best a three star. So main accomplishment for this place was to be listed as for stars - this requires some talent I like that.

I did not like many things - but main problem is space. If you have two standard luggage pieces, the only option is to lay in bed around the room, since there is no room for both the luggage and a two persons to stand at the same time. Its a motel!

Location was good and most staff were friendly.

This was not a 4-star hotel by any means. Very dated, worn rooms. Loud mechanical noises throughout the day and at night.

It was WAY better than I expected! It was so affordable that I was convinced it was too good to be true. We got there and I could not believe we got such a good deal. It was one of the most beautiful rooms we'have ever stayed in and had the best design!

Breakfast was 15 which seemed overpriced so we went elsewhere. This was a bummer but not a huge deal. I had rather have an affordable awesome room and expensive breakfast than an average room and cheap or free breakfast.

Pretty decent location and coffee was free.

Rooms are tiny and toilets don't really work well.

The service and room size

The location The furniture and carpet were very old and consumed.

nice staff, not to far from the Tube Station.

Roller blind was broken and the bathroom tap has a constant drip,you could also hear the water from above when it was dispersed with, i think the drainage must run through the bedroom/bathroom wall partition. No draught beer options at the bar.

Tiny room. Not a great location. Drapes don't close properly. Shower not very strong.

Great toiletries, convenient location, quiet neighborhood, clean room, and comfortable bed.

It would be nice to have some shelves or drawers to put our unpacked clothes.

Toilet was difficult to flush. Air didn't really work. Hotel was not really close to the Tube station.

No room service late evening but we did have a salad and sandwiches in their little kitchen. Staff were very friendly and obliging.

Location was great, staff was incredibly helpful, the room was GORGEOUS and well sized with a GREAT bathroom. Loved everything about this hotel!

We stayed in room 211 and it exceeded our expectations. The hotel is approximately 5 mins walk from South Kensington Tube station and it is situated in lovely part of London. We arrived at 10am and the staff allowed us to leave our luggage until check in.

Great shower but poorly designed basin due to location of glass shelf right above. Good location to get to Knightsbridge, Harrods and Sloane Street Station were both a 10 min walk.

Windows were single pane only-could hear street noise, sheets did not fit bed, air con didn't seem to work, kettle cord too short finding a suitable outlet to plug it in was impossible. This was not a 4.5 star hotel.It was like staying in an average B&B

Safe and clean

No bell man, 4 star hotel with self services!

Good size room. Good quiet location

Air broken. Shower broken. Overcharged to book our taxi. Manager still hasn't offered an explanation or discount. Ruined our night.

The price for a studio was acceptable. The location is great!. A 5 min walk to the tube station, great restaurants and shopping within blocks.

There is absolutely no way this hotel, staff, or accommodations are in a 4 star category.

The toilet in my room did not have enough water pressure to flush even a square of toilet paper. This hotel was in a great location and decent price, but after complaining not once or twice but 4 times very politely, it wasn't fixed, I should have asked f
