Definitely not as nice as the photos, run down and needs upgrades. They do not offer cleaning rooms daily, only for an extra charge

I cannot give enough positive feedback for the Citadines Trafalgar Square. From the moment I entered the hotel, I was made to feel welcome by the terrific staff. The room was great - comfortable and roomy. I also enjoyed the breakfasts for 15 euro.

The location is terrific! The coffee machine (available when you like) in the lounge also terrific!

As there is a kitchenette, I can understand it is tricky to maintain a high quality for the cabinetry. There was a bit of wear and tear on the corners of the cabinets.

The staff and location was amazing!!

Location, room was comfortable and well equipped, it was VERY quiet and could be made very dark for sleeping. There was a laundrette and ice machine available. Every need was anticipated.

The front desk had no maps of London available. The breakfast was just okay

Great location! Really close to two Tube stations and steps from Trafalgar Square. The 2-floor suite had lots of space for larger families with everything you need in the room.

The pillows were hard and the bath/shower was oddly raised which made getting in and out a bit treacherous.

Location was good but the room and management was not good

Cleaning was bad service were bad If we stay 6 days then they clean the room So our two nights stay we used the same towels and in washroom there is no drain water came out of washroom

Several times I’ve had one staff member say something was possible/available and have another state they don’t have/can’t do something. Example: I called down and asked if there was something I could use to weigh my bag. Answer yes. Next morning I asked, as I was checking out, answer: no. If this was an isolated incident, I would understand. However, it happened multiple times.

The location is hard to beat, it was so central and really close to tube lines

When we arrived we were too early to check in, but they didn’t have a space for us to change and/or freshen up before going out for the day. They also don’t provide any sort of maid service to the rooms unless you pay extra. The baggage storage was unofficial and I wouldn’t have been surprised if they lost a bag. I’m not saying my stay was bad, my stay was fine, but for the prices we paid I expected more of a hotel experience than a hostel experience. The room was just ok.

This was my second time staying here, and I truly enjoyed it again. The location is excellent — within walking distance to the London Eye, Big Ben, Covent Garden, Soho, and many other major attractions. The studio room was spacious with a small kitchen and a separate bedroom area, making it very comfortable for a longer stay. If I return to London, I would definitely stay here again

During our 3 nights stay, there was no towel change or room cleaning service.

They were so kind and let us check in early as the room was ready. It was right next door to the KitKat club and within a short walking distance to the national gallery.
