- Perfect location five minute walk to Kensington Palace
Cons -
- There was only hot and scalding water in the bathroom. We were unable to shower or wash our hands in there. Fortunately there was a kitchen sink. The overall facility is a bit aged and run down.
- No restaurant on premises or bar
- Breakfast was provided, but had to go outside the building. Bathroom was very small.

Surprisingly good apartment, very spacious and comfortable room.Small kitchen was useful. Great location.
Breakfast was provided, but had to go outside the building. Bathroom was very small.
The hotel has a great location for visiting the London Natural History Museum. The rooms are quiet, comfortable, and well-equipped with a kitchen, which is very convenient. The area is peaceful, and just across the street there’s a nice coffee shop where you can easily buy breakfast on weekdays. Overall, a pleasant and practical place to stay.
The location is perfect The staff were friendly and cooperativeRoom was clean when I checked in
Since I am a usual and returning customer : I see lots of things changed since my last stays . No slippers or bath robes offered which I find it too strange becusae I got them when I stayed in Jan , April and June same year. I had to buy them because I did not bring them with me with the assumption that yhe hotel will offer them to me as usual!!!!The coffee and tea offered were too humble compared to my last visits tooToiletries offered only when requested also strange It seems the hotel managemnt is trying to save money but from my guest prospective I did get the value of the money I paidSometimes little details matter for the guests
Location and staff also size of room
love the location wlaking distance from Natural history Museum and Kensignton Gardens. Close proximity to Tibe stations and Bus station just outdide.Free coffee and tea at the lobby was exactly what we need
Location
They provide the Breakfast from a super market, so cheap , and the bed is totally not comfortable you can feel the bed spring witch is really bad comparing to the price
Love the location and that we can have a kitchen
This was the second time we’ve stayed at the property as we love that we can have an apartment in this location. However, unlike last year, this year there was never any hot water for the shower for some reason.
It had everything we needed and the location is perfect. Hiromi, was superb in making our stay extra nice ?
Maybe the only thing was that the coffee machine was at the entrance and not in the room
Location, staff, view, clean
A little dated but cosy
Location was great, suite was very clean, had elevator and room vas spacious. Staff was very helpful.
Bathroom could have been bit larger. But shower is decently sized
The location was so convenient to the Tube, museums and Royal Albert Hall. Clean and quiet studio with a comfortable bed.
There was only 1 working elevator the 6 days we were there- the other elevator was out of order.
Room is bigger than shown on pictures. Staffs are nice and helpful. Location is great.
Seems the lift to the 6th floor has been out of service for a while which means you will need to carry the heavy luggages by yourself from the 5th to the 6th(mainly the one bedroom rooms) floor by steps.
LocationStaff was goodCoffee machine good taste
Cleaning not good There was hair in the bed so this mean bed sheets did not changed Under the a lot of dust
The hotel is in an unbeatable location. It's 2 blocks from the tube station and there are a lot of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Kensington park is also very close
It was an excellent location with easy access to Gloucester station and a street of food.
Shower grout could use a scrubbing and they were down to one working elevator so the wait was a little longer.
Location and room type.
Well, from day 2 of our 10 day stay the elevator to the 6th floor stopped working. It wasn't fixed till we left. I understand mechanical things can fail and it takes time to fix. But this was stretching it. Day 4 they offer me another room on a lower floor. But that meant packing and unpacking which frankly we werent ready to do. It was a lot. They offered me a second cleaning of the room for free. Welll that was appreciated but hardly in comparison to the inconvenience caused to us. Everyday we had to walk up and down thru the garbage room to reach our room. And for that the offer from the manager was a piddly 2md clean up. That was the most disappointing part of our lovely trip.
A very convenient Location .Staffs are very polite and eager to help and sort things out .
We booked & paid for 1 bedroom apartment which is 42 sqm but after we have arrived at the hotel & waiting to be checked in, we received an email that we have 2 options to choose - to accept a downgraded room to Studio deluxe of 28 sqm or to be relocated to another location . We had no choice but to accept the downgrade. But to our surprise they offered to refund us just 20 pounds for the downgrade !! And more disappointing is the complimentary grab & go breakfast at the mini supermarket/ patisserie next door . This doesn’t do justification to the brand .
