Great location!

Breakfast opened more than 30 minutes late, and wait staff was rude.

Good selection for breakfast. Good location.

Dated room decor and cleanliness disappointing. Very small bed for 2 people.

Excellent location for tube station. Supermarket, shops and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk.

£5 for a small cup of coffee was a little expensive.

From the moment we stepped into the hotel the staff was extremely polite and helpful, Celine was so so welcoming and warm every morning at breakfast. The beds and pillows are so comfortable and shower we're lovely. The rooms were clean. So close to the tube station,would definitely recommend the hotel.

Bad

We got a false offer for a dinner discount from the restaurant in the building. We had to pay 3 times more than what we had prepaid for what was supposed to include a three course dinner.

Location of hotel was good. Breakfast was very good and staff very helpful and welcoming.

When entering our room the temperature was very low and took a long time to reach an acceptable level. We did report it and a maintenance person checked the heating system.I specifically requested a room with a walk-in shower which we had, however, the door of the shower was stiff and I couldn't force it open.We felt the overall the room could do with a refresh, in particular, the carpet and the bathroom floor tiles.

Free upgrade on arrival, early check in and complimentary drinks vouchers. Great value for money and could not fault the service. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Room was clean and warm with a bath, big tv and a huge comfy bed. Breakfast was varied and lovely. We even had complimentary crisps and drinks when we arrived.

Nothing to complain about.

Reception didn’t give me wake up call first morning so I was late 20 minutes on my meetings. They made it in second morning on time I will ask compensation for the first

The staff were very attentive and helpful. The food was amazing & reasonably pricing. We stated for an evening meal in the restaurant as well as breakfast. Great selection of food for both

The room was very warm, even with the air con turned on fully, it just seemed to blow out hot air making it too warm

Direct tube line to theatres and main train stations.Walking distance to Albert Hall. Safe and easy walk from tube station. Staff are super friendly.

Room size was small.

Nothing, perfect weekend

Quiet room in excellent location, 3 minutes walk to underground. 10 minutes walk to British museum.

Gaps around the bedroom door which allow cracks of light. Take a sleep mask! Bed was so hard that my lower back ached in the morning.

Receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. Lovely member of staff greeted us at breakfast (Cecilia). The beds were very comfortable. It was so easy to get to the museums from the hotel.

Would have loved to have had a bit of complimentary fresh milk in the fridge for a cup of tea first thing.

The staff, from Mrs. Cecilia's bright and cheerful face every morning at breakfast, the ever so helpful Jimmit with concierge who is always ready to support with guests needs, to Aga who will go above and beyond for guests happiness as a professional, Pavin, Janice, Tanvi, Dhvani !!!! and the very intelligent Charlie at front desk, makes coming back a no brainer.

This has historically always been a family friendly hotel. That's what always got me coming back. The staff always make you feel at home and make you feel like family. I noticed a new set of staff and management this trip which is my 4th. They are out of touch with the Radisson Kensington family spirit.

Room window was broken causing it to very cold until they changed our room

The location is very central, a short walk from south kensington station

The room is quite small, the toilet seat is way to close to the sink, very uncomfortable! The breakfast was good

Breakfast was lovely but a bit cold , particulate beans and mushrooms . We asked for fried eggs but they took over ten minutes to arrive after a reminder and we had pretty much finished so sent one back.
