The location is easy to reached, very convenient. The room is neat and spotless with a nice view (in my direction). Facilities are good, TV, line-phone, and there is a little safe inside the closet. Wi-Fi is okay, can't complain although it's not fast. The breakfast room located at LG level, nice room with adequate choices for simple breakfast.

The only thing that didn't like me is the sound. I expected this in advance but it turned out a little big.The closet doors needed to be closed with an extra soft touch to avoid the strong contact sound. I should be unlucky that people in other rooms seems to know each others, persistent closing sounds of room and closet doors surrounding me until midnight. Ending up with the furniture hitting wall noises that woke me up at least six times throughout the night, and a clear five am morning alarm beside me from my next room.

The staff at reception were really friendly. The hotel is a really short walk from Paddington, but on a very quiet street - a perfect combination. It's a classic London street where every building is a hotel, and they are all Victorian houses - so rooms are more like the bedroom in a house than a big hotel room. The decor is dated, but I find that part of the charm, and everything was very clean, and very comfortable. Tea and coffee was available 24hrs a day at reception, rather than being in the rooms. There was a lift that took me to the fourth floor. Everything is a bit small if you are used to big brand hotels, but this is typical for this type of London hotel, and I felt totally at home there.

Beds have woollen blankets with a sheet, I’m rather used to duvets.

Location is very convenient 5 minute walk to Paddington Station and Big bus stop. Hotel staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast is simple but have everything you need... friendly staff . I would book again.

Room is small, bathroom are very small, shower i tihnk is less than 30x30..

Good safe location and within easy reach of station shops and places to eat. Clean

Road noise, tiny bathroom and constant sound all night of other people’s toilets. Also staff were not proactive in giving information regarding breakfast timings etc

I truly loved the location! It was SO close to 3 underground exits and lots of bus stops, I was able to go everywhere really fast by public transport and also by foot!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I have to especially recognize the wonderful team that handles breakfast. They were fantastic. The location was also close to Paddington Station and the neighborhood has plenty of options to dine and drink at. I would also highlight that a few of the double-decker tours stop about a couple blocks away. We did Gray Line tour and it was nice to be so close to pick-up/drop-off.

The room we were in was very outdated and I can live with that, but not sure why the bedding can't be updated. There is no penalty to have modern bedding in an outdated room. If I visit again, I would also request that I not be placed in lower level room. The bathroom had a lot of exposed plumbing in it.

Lovely hotel, excellent location, has everything you need! Staff are very friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfy. Room size was snug but not a problem. Free tea and coffee served in the bar.

Everything was perfect!

Sooooo close to Padders…..even for an old man; a 5 minute stroll into the quietest of streets, just 400 metres parallel to the main Padders Road.

Room decoration/fittings a bit tired, but comfortable bed, small shower are very minor details.

Very helpful and friendly staff,spotlessly clean,close to tube station, very easy to find, good temperatures in rooms and reception area,perfect base for visiting London attractions.

The location is ideal for exploring London. The hotel is situated within walking distance from Paddington Station and several bus stops and tube stations. Hyde Park is around the corner. The rooms are small-ish (as in so many London hotels) but very clean and well laid out. Bonus: there is a lift. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is basic but sufficient and, again, very helpful and kind staff in the morning. All in all, we will definitely return.

The hotel is very well located, making it easy to get around and explore the city, it is really near to the metro station. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the hotel staff are extremely kind, attentive, and always happy to help. Breakfast is good, with just the right variety to start the day feeling energized. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable place to stay.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, with fresh and clean bed linen, and the space was warm and well-heated, which made our stay very comfortable.The location is excellent — just a few minutes from Paddington Station and right next to Hyde Park. There are many nice shops and places to eat nearby, as well as plenty of public transport options within easy reach.Overall, a great stay and a very convenient choice. I would definitely recommend it.

Although the breakfast options were limited, the staff were extremely polite and very friendly, which made a very positive impression.

The checkin was smooth. The host was really welcoming.Rooms were clean and tidy. Good hospitability. Great location. Paddington station was very close. The hotel staff was incredibly co-operative. We kept our bags here as our flight was late at night. Highly recommended!Also good continental breakfast!

Great location. Very good value. Excellent friendly staff. Comfortable room, small, but perfect for the two of us for only a short stay. Very clean. Warm. Good elevator. The location is great, very well connected (like almost everywhere in London, but near Paddington so even better). Not all of the hotels on this strip of many are as nice. Some not even close.

The place is very dated no tea coffee making facilities in room .. staff were nice and friendly .. very creaky floor boards , only 5 min walk to the station
