Surly staff, no kettle in room, spectacularly uncomfortable bed, pushy cleaners

Excellent location

Very uncomfortable beds, don't like blanket would prefer a duvet. Breakfast offering very limited but for the price you pay you cant expect more.

It has an elevator.Housekeeping and breakfast service was good and hospitable.

The receptionist female was very aggressive to my family, only cares for people not bringing heavy bags so that it doesn’t affect the floors, how are we supposed to use our stuff then if we can’t go to the room with our bags, despite that she got also pissed off when we kept our luggage in the storage area and kept asking us why do you have much bags, thats totally crossing boundaries here, she should care more about her business and keep away from others’. Honestly we wanted to leave because of how rude she was but we were on New Year’s Eve and nearby hotels did not have space to accommodate us.

The hotel is ultra clean, the staff is nice and the room was rather spacious.

The shower and bathroom are tiny, naybe the pillow could be better

The location of the hotel was good. The staff were nice and welcoming. There is bag storage available, which was very helpful. The breakfast was nice, but there were limited options. The staff making and serving the breakfast were polite and welcoming. This hotel is in a suitable location and has all the basic amenities required for a comfortable stay. The room was small, but comfortable and clean.

No tea and coffee making facilities in the room but there was facilities in the reception area, but hot water machine didn't boil the water fully. But this was a minor thing.

Easy walk from Paddington station especially after coming back from a concert

We were in the basement so the breakfast room was not too far away so if you are a light sleeper you might get woken up early so it’s worth knowing.

The location was very convenient to Paddington Station which we used daily for transportation to the city center. The included breakfast was also very nice! The staff was super helpful and friendly. They took our backpacks and stored them as we arrived well before normal check-in time. The hotel was clean, and well decorated. We would consider staying there again if we wanted to stay in this district.

The walkways leading to the hotel were frequently littered with trash (not the fault of the hotel, as it is in a block of hotels sharing the same walkways).

The location was great

Had to have a cold shower one morning as there was no hot water, my husband asked if we were staying at a hostel because each time we entered from the street we could see an old lady sitting in a corner for hours and hours. The breakfast was very ordinary and they are the winners for serving the worst coffee in the whole UK

Great location with easy access to everything. The breakfast was simple but really good. Enough space for us to stay, and reasonably comfortable.

The breakfast was good, great way to start the day and the staff were helpful and welcoming. The hotel is very safe and in a great location to Paddington Locally, trains, buses and Hyde park. The a hotel is exceptionally clean and the beds very comfortable, I will definitely be staying there again on my next trip to London.
