It came with Breakfast each day we were There.

The room had very little space to move around in with a queen size bed in it.

The staff go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. I felt like King, and not just because we were so close to Buckingham Palace. I cannot say enough great things about this hotel, it's staff and comfortable bed!

Fantastic and helpful staff. Special kudos to who went above and beyond to help us with a couple of issues. Wonderful doormen.

All the staff we interacted with were absolutely incredible, so welcoming and happy to help in any way possible. The room was lovely and completely exceeded our expectations we even had a birthday cake surprise waiting for us in the room which was such a special touch

Great location, very central to all main attractions,opposite buckingham palace, short work to victorio station, providing easy access to explore london by tube. Freindly staff, lovely decor and great choice for breakfast.

It’s a beautiful traditional hotel but rooms are hit or miss out first room had the smallest double bed I have ever seen, we were moved to a horrible room with lethal steps into a tiny bathroom so dingy for £210 a night it was awful.Eventually we got a decent room but what a farce.

The rickety elevator

From the moment we arrived in a cab, the doorman, reception and concierge team were excellent! Restaurant team and food like wise.

Our room had little natural daylight as it was facing a courtyard plus some scaffolding obscuring the windows. The room didn't get warm easily, we reported this but on our return that day was no better..it was a bit nippy..

Location of the hotel was excellent and every member of staff went above and beyond I have never had such amazing customer service. Bar was lovely as were the bar staff. We had food in the Bar and Grill one of the evenings and the staff again were above and beyond.

Hotel and staff were fantastic if I had to say 1 thing it would be that the food in the Bar and grill was not as good as I was expecting.

No live entertainment as advertised and that is why we went up there in the first place

Room smelled a bit dank. Windows didn’t open to air the room. Looked out on very dingy courtyard. Bathroom tired and bath very small.

Beautiful location, beautiful building, amazing staff, perfect hospitality. The entire team went out of their way to welcome us with a smile and look after us.

The TV's in the room could do with a bit of an update. Sky TV was intermittent. But this is so minor it barely registered.
