Great locationQuietHelpful personnel CleanNice interiors Cafes, shops, restaurants by the street
A space between the floor and our room's door. It was big enough to clearly see light from the corridor, so I believe the sounds can easily go through. Luckily, we heard nothing. Apparently this time the guests were merciful+ we always sleep with earplugs.
Such a great find - extremely stylish in a simple way with lots of very nice design touches and details in the room and the most comfortable bed and pillows I’ve slept in /on for years. Didn’t want to get up! Very helpful professional staff and a great location - very quiet area and near several tube stations. Hope to stay again
Nothing to dislike
Location was next to an subway station so easy to commute
The numbers to call never get you to an actual person. The first night the room we stayed in had a massive leak in the ceiling which got us wet in the mattress, took over an hour to come check it even after notifying the hotel staff in person, when it was finally was inspected we had to move rooms but not another room was ready so we had to wait 6 hours to get into our new room, and half the lights were broken in both rooms.
Second time at the Club Quarters in the City, always a pleasure to stay here. The position is absolutely PERFECT, as I wrote in my review about last year stay, the Hotel is at walking distance from a lot of landmarks and well served by tube/bus stations. The staff was as usual very helpful and the breakfast (included) more than decent. Always useful the free water refill at every floor.
Nothing really, it's my favourite accomodation in London right now.
Staff is very responsive and nice, tried to help us in resolving our questions. Anytime refillable bottles with still water. Nice that there is an iron and ironing board in the room, however no slippers, no bathrobe ; wardrobe is not suitable for long clothes (trousers, dress). Overall cleanliness was good. Location is great, 15min walk to London Bridge and St Paul Cathedral. Accidentally we found that our lovely pub is right next door to the hotel what was nice too :) Also, there are tube and railway stations nearby.
The photo and size of the King room were different from the actual room that was assigned to us upon arrival. During the reservation it was written 21m footage and a big king bed so we expected to see this, also we requested higher floor. However, room was small, located on the 2nd floor and my tall husband couldn't fully lie on that "king" bed. Also, view was awful, right opposite to the office windows where the light is always on (during whole night) so it kept us from sleeping first night + noisy neighbours. Staff is responsive, we asked to change the room and they gave a bit bigger room with neutral view on the same floor. Though, the bed was still too short for my husband and overall room still didn't meet expectations.
The facilities were very clean and welcoming. The staff were always attentive and available to help with any questions that came up. They also made it possible for us to check in early.
Everything was great.
Fabulous location, central but quiet. Walking distance to Shoreditch, the whole of the City and Spitalfields. Check-in was easy. The room was clean, attractive and equipped with everything needed for a short stay. The mattress was so comfortable! I really appreciated the drinking-water stations by the lift.
There was nothing I didn’t like.
We recently stayed at Club Quarters Hotel and were very satisfied with our experience. The hotel was very clean, which made our stay comfortable. The location was fantastic, with easy access to all the main attractions. The staff were friendly and always ready to help.
Great location close to mentro station Monument. Everyone was very nice, room was very comfortable. I would 100% recommend.
After 10+ trips to London I can honestly say this is by far the best hotel we stayed in. The friendly staff, the excellent location, the spatious room and bathroom, the comfort of the beds… it truly was fantastic.

The room was beautiful and the location was perfect
I got charged a following 50 pound extra for an unknown reason
Brilliant location, rooms were comfortable and clean with good facilities for in the room and hotel in general
Room was above the alley where there were deliveries and laundry etc at very late or early hours which did wake us up. We will definitely stay again but will request a room nowhere near the alley
Great location. Welcoming staff and reception area.
Rooms hot and a bit airless. Couldn’t open window.
No notes - the location, the room, cleanliness, attention to detail and attentive staff made it a great stay!
Filtered water cooler and reusable bottles were a good touch. Central location and clean rooms. Cute coffee shop downstairs.
The beds were fairly small and the bedding wasn’t hypoallergenic, pillows were uncomfortable so not a great nights sleep.
A very modern hotel in a fantastic location in London. The room was clean and comfortable.
The only gripe is that the old style windows mean there's little soundproofing to the noise of the city outside. But thats being very picky.
The stuff at the reception was excellent super professional especially the guy from Albania when he’s make me the check-in the first day and the next day the lady that I was complaining for something very small at my room she was super professional. She was very helpful. I would like to say thank you to all the stuff and for sure I will recommend and I will be back soon again.
