Great location and friendly people.

A warning of the amount of stairs would be nice. Still very pricey for the non updated facilities.

It was nice, clean and quiet.Specially the receptionist, that lady was absolutely amazing and helpful, very thankful to her.

Bathrooms get cleaned a few times a day which is nice

Room was fairly small for 4 people and all our luggage. One bathroom to share between several rooms of people. No hand dryer or hair dryer by the looks of it.

Frustrating

They. make me pay twice for the same acomodationalmost one month ago the dont refundable me back.They say when i arrieve to wait48 hours for it and let me pay in cash day by day with another booking maided.They acepted a cancel.Pay a tax o 29 dolars and them since that they im still waiting 120£ backUntrustheable.

The staff at the hostel were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made a big difference. They were always friendly, polite and did their best to assist with any questions or concerns I had. The location was also excellent, with easy access to public transit, shops, and nearby attractions. It was a convenient base for exploring the area, and I felt safe and comfortable walking around the neighbourhood.

Unfortunately, my stay was impacted by several issues that were never resolved. The wifi did not work at all for my entire four-night stay, on either my computer or my phone. It appeared to be a DNS server issue where new devices could not get assigned an IP address, meaning only those already connected could use the wifi. In addition to that, many of the power outlets in the room and building were not functioning, including the one by my bed. This made it very inconvenient to charge my phone and other devices, especially given the lack of internet access.

Location was perfect, I absolutely recommend for those who really do backpack, not traveller one who bring a luggage due to the unavailable stairs

The property had a kitchen and it’s located and one of my favorite neighborhoods in London, which is Kensington.

The staff was extremely rude. The lady that was working up front could be a little prejudice. Be careful. wasn’t clean and the price is too high for the amount of comfortability.

Private room with private bathroom in hostel. Clean and decent shower. Helpful and friendly staff.

Tiny space is impossible to move around or try get dressed when dorm is at capacity.Privacy curtains definitely needed.Window in dorm broken and dirty- looks like it’s never been cleaned since operation started.Cleaning is only surface level- the floors behind the bunks and under the lockers have dirt accumulated and dust balls(which attached to my bag stored in there)Housekeeping put clean laundry on dirty passage floors! Absolutely shocking, made me feel uncomfortable that the seemingly clean looking bedding isn’t actually so

I had the most comfortable stay here in London, the location is very good, next to the park, close to the tube station and surrounded by a lot of restaurants and lifestyle supermarkets, very convenient. Special thanks to all the staff here, they are so friendly and caring, the staff are very polite to the guests, they will solve all the problems for you during your stay, I feel warm here, they are a very good management team! The hostel has a kitchen and free coffee and tea for guests to use, to meet the needs of guests to cook during their stay, the rooms are cleaned in time, the overall environment is hygienic and clean, the beds have a lot of space, which is very comfortable for me and can bring a good night's sleep... Anyway it's worth staying here to feel the warmth of a place like home in London! Thanks for everything here!

I have reviewed this property very recently.An excellent location & a well run tidy property.Bonuses are the well equipped kitchen & dining room along with a laundry.They are a great bunch of staff.This is an original backpackers place.Also recycling is widely available.Be advised the limit of any stay is 7 nights per year & is strictly enforced.There are coded locks on the main entrance as well as key cards for the rooms.Breakfast is a pay separately affair & is modest.All in all an excellent place.Just be aware of the steep stairs in this older building.

I have a video of everything. There were two fans in the room and it was very cold. The people in the room were working on the Uber. Cleanliness was non-existent. I have a lot to say, but this is just to warn you.
