    Pros +

    • Staff were awsome. Breakfast is unbeliveable. Location is perfect for public transportation. 8 minutes walk to London Tower bridge and all the amenities near by. London Hill station is around the corner like less than 3 minutes walk from the hotel.
    • Staff were lovely and extremely helpful especially with helping us move rooms due to fault with the TV. Nothing was too much
    • Great location, close to underground so perfect for exploring the city. Room was compact but accommodated our family of 4 and had a great view overlooking the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. Staff were very pleasant and breakfast was good. Couldn’t fault it

    Cons -

    • No complaints at all. Delightful all round
    • Room not having a phone to call the reception is the worst and only not so minor issue.
    • The room was poky for a family room too small. The shower was right beside the bed. Awful layout. You couod switch a button to defrost the glass. Who wouod want ro see into a bathroom in such close proximity to the room? Not good at all. The electrics had problems in iur room with only one socket working which heated up and I got a shock feom. We had to complain to reception. Dirty glasses weren't collected. The light switches were ridiculous. To go to the bathroom in the night you had to turn on a main light that you could see clearly in the room with the glass covering the bathroom in the room. The worst layout ever. Windows also didnt close properly. We complained to reception amd got a £17 voucher for a loyalty scheme.

Everything was great. Really helpful staff, rooms ready before time when we arrived early. Rooms were very clean and cleaning staff very accommodating in the morning. Water dispensers on every floor are such a great idea and helped keep us hydrated during our stay, making preparing for workouts easier too! The breakfast was great too, excellent value with 3 kids.

No complaints at all. Delightful all round

Spacious room, 24 hour fitness studio, comfortable beds, excellent location (close to the Tower of London, close to Tower Hill tube station and a 15 Bus stop), very quiet setting and close to other excellent hotels, the restaurant is very nice with fair prices. There is a lot to like.

Room not having a phone to call the reception is the worst and only not so minor issue.

The breakfast was fabulous. The breakfast room was far too small for the number of guests. The location of the hotwl was brilliant.

The staff, the location and the condition of the hotel were all excellent.

The noise from the adjacent hotel! Avoid getting a room overlooking the Leonardo hotel...woken on Saturday morning at 5.30am with a delivery and someone banging pallets around, then again at 7am with glass/recycling collection. Same again on Sunday but they gave me a bit of a lie in until 6.30am.The windows in the rooms are not sound proofed at all so this could be looked at. The usual city noises didn't bother me at all but the other hotel need to be spoken to and be more considerate.

    Brill location, nice staff

Windows don’t open enough and air con did not work therefore the room was very very warm. Also tv only worked on ITV and BBC1

The location. Near the subway and near the most of the significant things to do.

I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past and I am also a member of the hotel chain, which I frequently choose for my stays in various international destinations.Unfortunately, this time my experience was disappointing. The reservation was for a Premium Queen Room, however we were allocated a standard room on the first floor, at zero level, see in the attached photo. This was clearly not what was expected.Additionally, despite early check-in was available, no complimentary upgrade was offered. I am not sure whether this was due to hotel policy or the staff on duty at that moment, but the overall impression was a lack of willingness to go the extra mile for a loyal guest. The disappointment was not only about the room itself, but also about the service and the missed opportunity to provide a better guest experience.

The room is lovely, and the bathroom is quite spacious. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delightful. The hotel is conveniently located within a 10-minute walk from the underground station and is also close to London Bridge.

The room is spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable.

There was very strange smell in the room, which I did not like.

Minor point but pillows too soft and fluffy!

The hotel is located near Tower Bridge and next to the subway. It was convenient.

    Small room

Location, personal, rooms, free drink water 24h, luggage storage. Special thanks to Intizar & Alexandra

the bathroom door is not really a door. To use a toilet was a "common experience". No problem in the constellation weve traveled, but can be difficult for other groups.

    8CarolinePosted on: 1-20-2026

Very close to Tower Hill tube station and right across the road for London Bridge. Very easy to travel from. Very clean, nice breakfast, lovely staff on reception.

Food in keepers restaurant was poor and the service wasn’t great, poor menu for coeliacs and waiting staff we had were not very helpful regarding allergies. The restaurant itself is nice, the food just lets it down.

    9ChrisPosted on: 1-19-2026

Large room for London, great shower, great bed, we requested robes so we could use the sauna & steam room, they got delivered in minutes. Quality cocktails in the bar, second time staying in this hotel & would definitely stay again.

Minor but key card stopped working on second night, hotel bar seemed to shut early.

    7OliviaPosted on: 1-19-2026

Great location and convenience. Great sustainability priorities with reusable bottles in the room and recycling facilities. Very helpful staff.

The bar was a little under staffed on the Friday evening but still nice atmosphere.
