Everything. This is a 2 star hotel. I?m going to buy a five star hotel and steal the staff. But noise level is the worst thing about this hotel

The location was good and the staff were very efficient. Hotel was clean and service was excellent.

In ordering the English breakfast, my husband was asked if he would like toast and beans with the breakfast. Assuming that it was included with the full breakfast, we were surprised at the additional $3.00 cost per item on our final bill. Not happy.

This hotel has tons of character. The lounge area, fireplaces, and bar are all excellent places to sit for tea, food, or a drink.

The Kensington far exceeded my expectations. The staff is superb, the location is safe and a quick walk to the tube. Gorgeous hotel. We stayed in a Deluxe room and it had ample space. Turndown service was a nice surprise, & the in room espresso was great!

The Kensington Hotel was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was exquisite. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was included with the price of the room and it was an outstanding buffet of both hot and cold selections.

The hotel is good although the room is very small. The staff is excellent specially the people who are working in breakfast and in the reception.

One of the days the housekeeping didn't clean or replace the glasses. Just put the used ones in original place and flipped them as new

From the time we arrived the staff were amazing. From the really helpful doorman to the check in staff. The hotel is very welcoming with beautifully decorated areas.

Friendly, comfortable, good morning breakfast service in the room.

USB sockets by the beds to charge phones would be helpful. Better guide for lighting in the room. Have porridge as a cereal option in the ‘light breakfast menu’, and perhaps a choice of egg somewhere in the light menu.
