Staff were pleasant, accommodating and helpful.r

Room was cold, faced onto a noisy alleyway. The television kept turning itself off and the wifi was spotty and weak.

So check in was shambolic, I was put at a room at the furthest point from reception. The room was stuck at 25 deg and was a sweat box, I asked for water which was not delivered. Breakfast was on par with a 1 star hotel and over priced at 25 pounds, I was

The staff was amazing

I was not impressed by the maintence of the hotel. A lot of details i would expect out of a 4 star establishment were met with more a 2 star rating. Broken lamps, toothpaste/food/drink splatter on walls and doors, rust on shower wall, shower head corroded

Very close to tube station and lots of businesses.

Rooms could use updating. I¿ve stayed here a few times over the years and the rooms are starting to look tired.

Neat history, comfortable beds

Placed in the furthest room when it clearly was unnecessary; had to carry bags up a flight of stairs; room was cleaned but had been some time because there was a layer of dust on most surfaces

I felt the reception staff in the hotel where polite and welcoming.

The hotel was not as advertised I was hoping for a nice relaxing night away and regretted it from the moment I walked into my room to when I left. Unfortunately it was to late to move or book anything else with the other plans I had made around the weeken

Everything is clear and staffs are very kind.

Wifi signal in room is too weak. In other space, wifi signal is good.

Excellent staff, good clean rooms and well laid out hotel

Location is good for central london and train links and also for the Olympia. Style of the hotel is good but we were allocated the most tired rooms, having stayed here a few times previously.

The room rate wasn't clear that it wasn't a full breakfast included, just continental. Pool facilities were way too expensive at £30 PER HOUR. You would expect for the star rating this would be included.

Value for the money paid was outstanding. Many shopping and dining options close to the hotel.Try Liz's Café and Richmonf Pub.Beds were very comfy, room was big. Did get an upgrade for being member in the K west friends Programme

Location is a bit outside city centre, but different tube stations within Walking distance. Very loud music in the bar area near the front desk.

the room layout was weird and u couldnt even feel ac working. one of the night we woke up in sweat. had to request a fan. even the technician agreed that the ac location is weird and it will not cool the toom

Great hotel, very quiet and clean. Only a few hundred meters from the Shepards Bush tube station. Lots of dining and shopping away.

Clean and quiet

Location was 1 hour from the area selected. They weren't able to check us in until an hour after check in time with no apology or reasoning. Unacceptable after traveling. The wifi was terrible

The closeness to the underground and restaurants. Also the friendliness of the staff.

I had a little difficulty coordinating schedules for room cleaning, but that was very minor.

Was relatively close to a tube station.

The rooms were dated and certainly not of four star quality. The rooms did not seem very clean and the shower flooded the bathroom. The front desk staff was rude upon checkout as someone had charged items to our room and would not reverse them

The room reeked of mildew (perhaps mold) from a leak that was coming up under the carpet adjacent to the bathroom door. There is a rounded stain where this water is leaking.

While the staff were hospitable and did what they could do about this deficiency, this hotel is certainly not a 4 star hotel.

The reception staff and restaurant staff were excellent. The gym was well equipped and very clean. The room was nice, clean and well equipped. The free internet worked very well.
