Historical location and cleanliness

Thermostat in my room did not keep the room warm enough.

Location was excellent, staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable and stylish

Internet coverage was intermittent and tv access was poor but this didn’t spoil our stay.

Great location, our ‘junior suite’ was spacious and had plenty of light - it was quiet too.

Personally, we are not fans of limited bathroom privacy.

Location was clean and safe. A low price-point and a convenient location. Able to leave my bags before/after my stay to allow for additional exploration of the city.

The room was absolutely tiny, very little space to move around the bed. Only spot to blow-dry hair with a mirror was enclosed foyer, which then triggered the fire alarm.Couldn't get the wifi to work at all.Sounds from the 'lounge' (located right under my room) traveled through the floor, a bit annoying to hear chatting and music constantly.

Cafe closed for referb so not as advertised. Basement room barely any room round it so hitting legs. Too hot staff could not help with AC. Semi transparent wall to toilet very embarrassing. Noisy despite window triple glazing.

See above. The room was clean. Stingy provision of tea and milk. No bedside lights hard for reading relaxing. White walls too bright and Spartan. No coziness.

Clean, great for price, lovely staff

The ease of the serviced rooms - easy access, we could come and go as we pleased. Although in the basement (which seemed a little disappointing at first) this was actually a plus as it was so quiet.

Neither the TV nor the WiFi worked. Apologies: we didn't report when on site as our property had no staff on hand (they were at another property up the road). It didn't really affect us as we were out most of the time.

queen size room is not like on pictures. to close curtains, have to jump on bed, because can't walk beside bed, no space. Poor noise isolation, can hear people from other rooms.

The room was very small with very little floor space. It was fine for solo travel, but would be too small for a couple.

I booked a room that was overpriced. When I arrived the room was not available and they wanted me to be moved in another part of London . I had to wait a long time and this incident was not even reported to the manager. They are usually excellent. But they got everything wrong. Disappointed, very

Room was very small, there wasn’t enough room to walk around the bed. It was difficult to get into the bathroom and close the door - which didn’t actually close properly.

Everything about the room and its cleanliness and heating was satisfactory. The tv was unreliable, but I was able to use my phone instead. The bed was not made, the tea and coffee making supplies were not renewed and the waste bin was not emptied between the first and second nights, but this was only a minor inconvenience.

At the price we paid we have no complaints. The most important factors for us were that we should be warm, comfortable and get undisturbed sleep.

Location is great. Staff are good.

Size of the room. It is not king size. Hardly sufficient space for sit n relax, especially when there is no lobby, common area.

There was no breakfast, yet Booking.com said it was included.
