Morgan Hotel

We booked a room for 5 (two adults and 3 teen children). For the price, at a great London location, this hotel was amazing. Beds were comfortable, clean, and breakfast was amazing. It¿s hard to find family options in London, and this was perfect.

Location is very good. Comfortable beds. Polite staff. Good space for a family.

Felt more like a rental apartment than hotel feel. Windows didn't close properly so cold in the children's room. Reception and breakfast down very narrow, steep stairs. Very noisy in the daytime and from 7am due to very noisy construction work nearby.

Good breakfast and very helpful staff. We had a problem with the water the first night and they responded promptly and it was sorted very quickly

Location was great, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious and the staff were very helpful and welcoming.

Really good choice at breakfast, all staff were helpful and friendly. Room was spacious, comfortable and really clean. Excellent location for the Theatres.

Unable to adjust shower head had to take off the riser shower, but not a major concern and would happily stay again.

Small room, noise early in morning, construction work within hotel, hallway in front of my room door with water leak whole night.

The location is excellent and close to theatres ,British Museum and main shopping areas. The breakfast was very good and efficiently cooked and served.

The rooms are not that large and facilities are quite cramped but otherwise it is fine and the staff are friendly!

Well located for our purposes, clean but a little tired. Comfy bed, good breakfast, friendly staff.

Our room just really needed sprucing up.

Cold shower & long wait for a fairly small cooked breakfast

excellent location, in the middle of London, if you want more the breakfast then yoghurt and cereals you need to order English breakfast (also vegetarian version) which was good but I prefer bread and ham and cheese and there was not this option, but no really a big issue. Room is quite small but since the hotel is at all English house you cannot expect big rooms, bed was very comfortable.

A little annoying was that the door did not fit into the door frame and there was quite big gap visible.

The room was situated underground, there was a lot of drama / noise coming from the other rooms, there was slightly natural light during the day!

The room was too hot ! We opened the window to cool down but unfortunately it was very noisy outside. I know this is not the hotels fault . Next time I will ask for a room on the other side and try to find out how to turn off the heat .

Great location to underground.

TV was a bit on the small size, high up which made it difficult to watch.

Generous, tasty breakfast and very helpful friendly staff. Room well-organised to maximise the space.

location was perfect for travelling into town. Tottenham Court Road Underground Station is just around the corner. Breakfast was good, everything you could ask for. Room was good, plenty of space.

In the Heart of Bloomsbury, the Morgan hotel is close to world class shopping and dinning - walkable to Tower of London to Buckingham Palace. The hotel is clean and the rooms comfortable. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Oh and did I mention the full English breakfast- which was really good- if included in the price! Great value and location! You will not be disappointed in choosing Hotel Morgan. I’ve stayed there many times and would stay there again and again.

Absolutely nothing.

I have stayed at the Morgan Hotel quite a few times, and it is always clean, comfortable, and a good value. You get a key to the locked front door, which makes for extra safety. The location is perfect for central London, next to British Museum, and close to two tube stations. There is a free breakfast that is better than the usual hotel fare. Apart from location, my favorite thing is the wonderful staff at the Morgan Hotel. They are always kind, cheerful, helpful, and will go the extra mile when I need help with reservations or getting a taxi. It's the next best thing to staying with friends.

Because it is a small hotel, you have to use steep stairs and the rooms are small. This is standard for small family run lodging. The trade-off is worth it to avoid impersonal giant hotel chains or super expensive hotels. That becomes more motivation to travel light without heavy luggage. On this visit, they were removing wallpaper along the stairway, and that made it a bit difficult to traverse, with workers, debris, and tools. I didn't mind and the workers were friendly, but more picky travelers wouldn't be happy.
