Everything was great, and I also want to highlight the excellent communication from the staff—their responses to our inquiries were always prompt and helpful. The unit is in an excellent location.

Although the rental price was very competitive compared to nearby hotels, the view from the unit was quite disappointing. To avoid unpleasant surprises, I wish the listing had included at least one photo showing the actual view from the windows.

Toilet leaked on the seat and floor for entire stay. No water in bathroom and kitchen on Friday October 6th and elevator did not work on same day. I am disabled and had to slide my luggage down 4 flights of stairs. Asked for my disability to be taken care

Location was excellent

Shower room very small, difficult to move around. Our toilet bowl was running water constantly which was noisy, like a tap running. Reported it via email. Advised no other rooms available to swap & they would report to maintenance. No one came to repair.

Location is it's best feature by far, especially considering the higher cost of alternative nearby hotels

The lift did not work during our stay which left us to haul ourselves up and down 6+ floors. We managed it but older or less able would have been unable to access their alloted rooms (check room number and floor when booking!). The Kitchen tap dripped!

Location, size, price.

Double glazed sash windows in the room (4) were very drafty and noisy due to the broken vent at the top. Bottled Water and toilet paper were dropped off to the front door but no communication as to whom should take this . ???

Dirty sheets, broken window letting cold air inside (we got sick). Poor communication about change of door code.

It was about a 2 minute walk to Piccadilly theatre and restaurants, pubs and all the beautiful shops. Bed was large snd very comfortable. Room was small but had adequate room for 2 people. Wouldn¿t want to be any smaller though. Would go back .

On first floor & with lots luggage the lift would only fit 1 bag& 1 person. Smallest lift .Was a very busy part of London so was quite noisy during the nights & early mornings. Would have liked a few teabags or coffee sachets & Uht milk in apartment.

Great location!

Very visible mold in the shower, no toilet paper only paper towels stuck in the bathroom on the toilet paper roll, requested an extra hour before checkout and there was a maid at our door 5 minutes before standard checkout to kick us out.

The only exit was stuck locked for 30+ mins. Guests couldn't get in or out and management was not available. FIRE HAZARD

The London Collection staff were timely and communicative throughout the process. The directions for self-check in were easy as well. The location of the apartment was perfect. Walkable to grocery, pharmacy, public transport, restaurants and shopping.

The windows in Apartment 9 gives no breeze because they open up to an interior area looking at fire escapes. There was a small fan when I arrived in July. temperatures in the 80s. I never turned off the fan. A ceiling fan would do wonders!

Poor ventilation, property was very tired. The room was far smaller than envisaged by the photos and descriptions

Great location , didn’t have to meet anyone to get the keys , everything was straightforward on the email on how to access the building

The ‘premium’ room was much smaller than expected and there was no ‘garden view’ like it said when we booked the room. There was no hair dryer.
