Best Western Corona Hotel London

It¿s located in a nice area with easy access to transportation and shopping. It¿s also close to several landmark sites.

The size of the room was disappointing. It was terribly small and the patio doors were bolted or locked. So the only ventilation was a single transom window. The daily temperature outside was above 80 degrees and this made for a hot room.

The lift smelled like cigarettes, the bed was super cheap and bouncy like a camp mattress.

Good size room and great shower.

This hotel is very close to Westminster and Hop on Hop Off London Pass attractions. Very small room. No air-conditioning, but didn't need it in September with window open. Tight room but staff very helpful. No free breakfast as stated in online book.

Room very small and stuffy with one window which didnt open up much. There was s hestwzve and with no air couditioning and little to get fresh air was uncomfortable for sleep. If wid is opened more then would have been better.

Staff was friendly and it was clean. I felt that they were trying to accommodate, and help with what they could.

Very hot, NO Air conditioning, window wouldn't stay open, and it was noisy.Shower was nice except the pan was shallow, and it easily overflowed. Lots of slamming doors. It is old and definitely not a 3 Star. Almost no extra imenidies.

yes! our WIFI didn't work the entire trip.. we continually contacted them about it and they didn't fix the problem. every time we talked to someone it was different story.. we asked for a different room and was told no.

Tiny room. The staff said its a standard for the area.

Great location, clean room

The room was tiny, like so small that too people could not stand in it at the same time. We felt like Harry Potter staying under the stairs. There is no stratosphere in which this is a 3 star hotel.

Front desk staff excellent. 2 out of 3 kitchen staff excellent. Kind of in a quietier area for sleeping. Housekeeping good most of the time.

Close to Victoria station

Spiders and bugs in the room. We were supposed to stay two nights and we left and went to the Doubletree.

Internet was a bit slow

The front desk was excellent! Very knowledgeable about how to get around including the underground and bus systems. Always greeted with a smile and hello! Cleaning staff also very courteous and did an emaculate!

The location was perfect. Good breakfast, lovely room.
