Arch Hotel

There was no lift and the common areas were not clean. Dingy, dirty stained carpet on the stairs. The room was spacious but spartan. I do not understand why this hotel has 4 stars.

It was a really cute hotel and in a quiet location.The staff was very friendly and helpful.The beds were the most comfortable hotel.Beds , I think i've ever stayed in.

You can tell the photos and the booking man were photos from many.Many years ago, the photos were very bright and vibrant and clean.The walls were dingy and dirty and stained.\nThe shower head had mold or something black in the middle, however , when I brought it to the staff's attention , they promptly replaced it.

Beds were super comfortable and staff were helpful! Best part was they had a filtered water cooler in lobby area which was great help since hard to find clean water in places. Air conditioning worked great!

We booked this apartment based on the beautiful photos that suggested a freshly renovated and stylish space. Unfortunately, the reality was quite different and disappointing.The apartment we stayed in was not at all in the condition shown in the advert. The carpet was stained, the laminate flooring was heavily worn, and the walls had multiple marks and even holes. Several cabinets were missing handles, making them difficult to use. Although the kitchen was small, it was clean and well equipped, which we appreciated. However, there was no table or enough chairs to sit down and eat, which made meals awkward.The air conditioning unit was particularly concerning — it was dirty, emitted a bad smell when turned on, and clearly hadn’t been serviced in a long time. This significantly impacted our comfort during the stay.On a positive note, the bathroom was clean and in good condition, and again, the kitchen, while basic, met our needs for short-term cooking.Overall, the experience did not meet expectations set by the listing photos. With more transparency and maintenance, this could be a decent place, but as it stands, I would not recommend it based on our experience.

Room was not what is showed in the photos on Booking.com. Worn out, grubby, headboard strangely mounted wonky on the wall, paint work damaged, laminate flooring worn through. I had to request a new sheet be put on the bed as it was stained with brown streaks - new one was nearly worn through. Overall it was stark and unpleasant. For a room in a London suburb that was not cheap this was a shocker.

Location is brilliant room was perfect

A little miss understanding about taking my bike in but the man was very nice and agreed that I could keep my bike with me. Because of this I will stay again

the bed was quiet comfortable. although the pillows were flat and I was glad I took my own.

the hidden extra charges for parking and late check out. the room was advertised as garden view and looked out on to the car park and a wall. the curtain.was drawn when arrived and appeared to not be able to be drawn. not that you would want to draw it back as everyone would see everything. the air con was very loud we couldn't have it on as was the fan. you would not sleep. to make people aware too there is a church right by it which chimes every hour. we did not sleep well at all here. the room for two had one chair at the table so we could not both sit to eat at the same time. we made a cup of tea with their kettle and tap water and spat the drink out, I have no idea what was wrong wether the water or the kettle but it was disgusting.

Good location with several parking slots – book parking in advance – close to high street. Old church school building converted into rooms and suites. Short walk to Archway tube on the Northern Line, so easy access to city centre. Cafes, pubs and restaurants all within a short walk. 24 hour desk at door and CCTV monitoring. Tea/coffee and microwave in our 'kitchenette'. Good shower with immediate hot water. Good sized room with buily-in wardrobe (limited hangers). Would stay again.

Room was called a suite, but the kitchen was really a walk-in cupboard with sink, tea/coffee and microwave plus fridge. Bed could have been more comfy but 'ok'.

Good location. Lots of space within apartment. Great having a hotel feel but with apartment facilities such as kitchen and more space.

We liked the location and we have stayed here before and not had as many issues as we did this time around

Location of the property was very good, a quick 2min walk to the underground and had parking which is rare

Few of the fixtures need to be fixed nothing major apart from the window which wouldnt shut

Location good. Comfy bed. Good value.

No real sitting area , maybe a sofa & TV in the upper room

Room was disgusting just about everything was damaged including doors and windows , room smelt like cigarettes and bio I don’t think it’s had a deep clean in years very disappointing

Good parking and close to the local shopping and tube and railway stations
