The Park Hotel

Location is convenient, but apart from the fact it¿s a clean room, the price is too high for a hostel type location. Not much of a ¿Park¿ hotel place.

It¿s not really a hotel more like boarding house hostel. There are no amenities to talk of.

Ungrateful staff who give a very poor welcome — you feel like you’re bothering them and that you’re only there to pay… really disappointing.As for the location, it was perfect, but we found the room to be very poorly cleaned.

The staff was lovely an wen we asked to switch rooms she was good about it

The first room was unsafe as the small balcony door didn't lock . One plug socket near the kettle no bedside light barley space to walk . Then we switched rooms better but more stairs to walk up not good for anyone older .. still no plug sockets no bedside lights

No lift, six flights of stairs. Very dated. Curtains hanging off wall, Very noisy, windows wouldn't close, tv didn't work. Will not be back

It was clean, quiet and the staff were friendly. The location was amazing. Loads of lovely places nearby for early breakfast, even on a Sunday

The room was very small and there was no tea or coffee in the room

No 7 was cleaner than no 6 ,had a comfy bed and I have had good sleep.⁸George's reaction and proper actions taken.Thank you.

I had room 6 ,it was a single room I did not expect much but it was not changed bed from previous guest(duvet and bedsheet with a lot of hair) and seiling had a lot of fallen off patches

Good location and nice rooms and staff great also. Around Pimlico there are plenty similar type private hotels which are not particularly nice. The Park Hotel is a very pleasant stay indeed

Generally, people who work in this place are amazingly nice and helpful. :)*The bathroom was renovated - so that's a really great thing!*We had a room far away from other guests, so it was really quiet, and we didn't bother anyone either.*Excellent Wi-fi.*again... great staff members!

I guess there is some space for improvement: e.g. no place to hang your wet towels; lights that dangle from the ceiling threatening to fall and some that flicker; cold-as-ice bathroom; no bedside table in the main bedroom and no lamps etc., and the rooms could be upgraded a bit, pleaseeee (a wardrobe that is close to collapsing etc.) :(

Location was great. Close to Victoria tube station. Rooms are small but comfortable. Good value for the location. Reception staff very friendly and helpful

It wasn’t what was expected

I had a 2year old child with me and we had to climb 62 stairs and I’m disabled.

Accommodating and friendly staff. Special thanks to Fatima for letting us leave our bags even after checkout.

I haven’t stayed at all

⭐ 1/10 – Misleading price & no refundI never stayed at this property. I booked via Booking.com for £88, which was deducted from my account.Within 10 minutes of booking, I called to confirm and was told I would be charged £300 for the first night and £200 for the second night, completely different from the advertised price.Because of this, I cancelled immediately. The property confirmed they did not take any payment, yet I have not received my £88 refund.Either Booking.com or the property is responsible, but as a customer I am still out of pocket for a booking that was cancelled almost immediately due to misleading pricing. Very disappointing experience.

Super friendly gentleman at reception and very kind as well. Quite affordable for central London and everything works just fine, if you’re there for a few nights, just to sleep and and shower, then it’s a good bargain. If you’re looking for luxury comfort, nope.

Noisy. You can hear the cars on the street! Room was rather cold as well. Could use some upgrading especially the carpet.

All clean, small room, modern bathroom

The French balcony door would not shut and it was clear the issue was known, as three self repair slide bolts were obvious and not working..... so room cold and noisy.

Good location, walk distance from Victoria Station.Accomodation is very small but it is clean and comfy. Staff is super friendly and nice!

Amazing location, so sweet staff! They are really helpful and supportive! They try to do their bests all the time. The bus to city center has a stop right in front of the hotel.

It was expensive but maybe it’s because of Christmas period. The room is so tiny but it works.
