NOX Belsize Park

Location was great, the 1st floor room was nice and comfortable, stuff was ready to hep

If you are unlucky to get a -1 floor room, for the same money you get a smaller, darker, significantly worth room that is displayed on pictures on Booking.

this is in a great location and the rooms themselves are clean

there was a sewage like smell from the bathroom. not sure if it has to do with the ventilation in there but it was very strong and def affected my stay. as even airing out the room didn’t help much. such a shame as the room itself is kept to a good standard

The staff were rude . The room had no window and smelled of sewerage . The radiator was rusty . There was no hand soap . There was no hand towel rail . Part of the shower was broken . The toilet blocked . The towels smelled of sewerage. There was no where to put your case to be able ti use it . The biggest thing in the room was the tv . Reception was supposed to be open till 11 and it was not

Has everything u could need we picked the studio with no windows . Who needs a window really, and we had a wee kitchenette with fridge cooker microwave kettle etc . Everything u would need. Also it's only really 10mins walk to camden market uve also lots of wee shops the opposite end including a lovely wee bakery called Gail's

Location, rooms are nice, very clean

Nothing at all, would have liked to open a window but I was on the ground floor so not possible, oh and would have liked breakfast but I just walked over the road instead

Clean room, tidy appearance, comfortable bed, hot drink facilities.

Coffee maker didn’t work properly, some noise from ventilation system.

The bed was extremely comfortable, good facilities, WiFi connection good and pleasant stay

Great location, clean, comfortable and well equipped with a huge tv, tea and coffee. Quiet and nice staff on front desk.

Couldn’t change the air con setting

It is in a good location, close to tube station and bus stop

The room I was in (room 205) was extremely small!! There wasn’t even space on the floor where to open the luggage!!!

We we arrived we were greeted by a lovely friendly lady. The room we stayed in was very clean and comfortable and for the price way above my expectations.

Absence of tin opener..The receptionist says its a safety concern, but there were sharp steak knives in the cutlery!!

The room was a good size, great little apartment/hotel room.Bathroom was lovely

Unfortunately the coffee machine did not work and the shower door handle was broken on the inside making the door difficult to slide

The only think I didnt like is there isn’t great soundproofing, you can hear footsteps and doors closing throughout the night, I slept through it as I wear earplugs but my partner couldn’t sleep. So I would recommend ear plugs to make it a perfect stay.

Great location, easy check in. The room was small but had everything and more we needed. Small kitchen area including hob, microwave, fridge, sink etc. Really useful!

I couldn't get the air con to work so the room was a bit hot. We only stayed one night so didn't worry about this too much.There is no lift, we were on 2nd floor which was accessed by quite steep stairs. Not an issue for us but wouldn't be ideal for anyone with mobility issues.

Would have liked a lift as a lot of stairs to top floor.

Clean, modern well-equipped room close to Belsize train station.

The only downside is the absence of an elevatoe but this was listed in the description.

The situation was perfect. It was really clean and the staff was nice.

The soundproof was just awful: you can hear your neighbours coughing and entering/leaving their room as if you were with them. Even flushing could be hear.

Clean and tidy.

The Bath room ( room 203) had a drain odour. The reception staff could be friend lier, warmer and more welcoming.
