    Pros +

    • Little street noise (small street in front), excellent location, thick curtains blocking light when sleeping, plenty of recessed lights making the room bright, being able to eat healthy food using the kitchenette, new mattress. My room was quiet.
    • The location, to the general area for food and drinks, and it's proximity to Liverpool st station
    • Great location, comfy bed, window could open

    Cons -

    • The only thing I missed is that the room did not have a regular chair; it had two comfortable couches. For working on a laptop for a long time, having just one chair would have helped.
    • The shaggy rug in the bedroom and building works going on at the balcony. No window access, had to open the door for fresh air which meant you the room was visible for anyone out on balcony, builders included. Shower became rather stuffy when on hot heat
    • black mould in shower, very small bathroom, need translucent blinds to be private and still let the light in, tired furnishings

Good location, clean bedding, clean towels, kettle/tea/coffee/milk/biscuits provided along with a fridge & hairdryer. Pleasant staff.

Not what we expected at all. We expected a serviced apartment with a balcony. What we got was more of a hostel. And the fact that folk can hire a room for a couple of hours here certainly raised eyebrows. No balcony as advertised, a tiny bathroom/shower than you couldn't swing a cat around, half a loo roll, no mirror in the bathroom, stuffy hot room with no windows that opened. Just dreadful. Not our best experience with booking, com & one we won't be repeating at this place. We live & learn. At £125 for the night, it was decent value for money, I suppose, & in a convenient location, but it was seedy & definitely not what we're used to. No lifts and ridiculously long codes to enter the building & rooms. Why so many numbers?

The central city location was great.

The room was very tired. The temperature was too hot so needed to open the balcony door. The noise outside was terrible all night. Worst nights sleep by far in any hotel stay!

Location was excellent, next to the metro station and bus stop where you can easily get to and from the Stansted Airport. Apartment was equipped with all the necessary things and kitchen as well. Terrace was really nice.

It was a bit cold inside for me but other perhaps will like it.

Easy entrance even with late check in. Property was easy to communicate with and they delivered instructions on time and easy to understand.

Furnishings in room showed some wear with age but everything was functioning as needed. Bathroom was tiny but workable.

Massive room nice and clean, cold and airy which was perfect for a hot weekend even when raining. Excellent location surrounded by loads of restaurants and a stone throw away from Liverpool Street Station.

Stairs and no lift access made it hard to reach room with dodgy knees and a bad back.

    Location and staff.

Bad Wifi, curtain did not work, no elevator.

Pictures in the site are fake...

Rooms are nothing alike the pictures.Bed was almost blocking the shower entrance.Everything was either worn out or dirty....

I know giving 5 stars to everything looks fake, but jt so wasnt. The people managing it are more than accommodating and polite (a rarity in central london)Location, comfort, cleanliness, all outstanding.

Great location near the train station, many nearby bars and restaurants. Clean rooms, friendly staff, easy check-in. Just keep in mind they don’t have an elevator.

Location was great and staff was very friendly and helpful

Bathroom quality , very low pressure in the shower .. and too small for a big guy . In general the quality was not so good . Bed was small for a couple

    5GarryPosted on: 11-1-2024

It was well located. It was clean.

The room was small. We barely had space for 2 suitcases around the bed. It was insanely noisy. You could hear the guy upstairs every time he moved around at 1am. And someone was banging on the door from 11pm to 1am to be let in. Because the property does not have someone there overnight, they kept banging relentlessly.

The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was situated close to a quiet street within the City of London. It's close proximity to Liverpool Street station made it ideal to access the public transport system, the Spitalfields, Hackney and Brick Lane districts. There was a large assortment of cafés, bars, pubs and restaurants close by, all within a 10-minute walk. The check-in/check out process was quick and easy and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The decor of the building interior was modern and the room size itself matched what I had booked.

The only major problem of the room was the layout of the bathroom. It was clear that the bathroom was not "to code", as the toilet was literally placed in front of the sink. This meant that you had to bend OVER the toilet to either wash your face or hands, or to brush your teeth, which was not practical. A rainshower shower-head was installed in the bathroom ceiling close to the shower cabin doors, which meant the floor would flood if the doors were not closed. The shower cabin itself was installed directly on the sloped floor As the drainage was not properly level, a bad smell from was emitted time to time if someone in the room above showered. Overall, this was a "minus" point from the room itself. If the bathroom layout were to be redone, this would greatly improve the hotel's overall scoring.

“Suite” was in a great location near a city center metro and a lot of restaurants.

Entrance was hard to find. No elevator. Room was small. There was a leak for which they at least provided a garbage pale. The balcony door lock was broken or stuck. Upon first glance, the “balcony” seemed to have been easily accessible outdoors from surrounding grounds.

Central. Convenient. Clean. Private hideaway that’s well furnished and well equipped with everything you could possibly need.

    I like everything!

Fantastic location, clean and well equipped.

    The Bed, awful, so uncomfortable.

    Location

Extremely small room. The air conditioning was not working well, room was extremely cold. The bathroom was so small, making it very hard to move in.
