Great location, good price, slept well. This place has mixed reviews and I was a bit unsure of what to expect but we had the deluxe double and were very happy. The bed was very soft yet still Comfortable, only 1 skylight window that doesn't open but an air con machine did a good job.

Personally I can't complain but my partner struggles on stairs so if you have a mobility problem or lots of heavy luggage it might be worth contacting them to check what floor you are on.

The bed cover/duvet was so thin which made for a cold nights sleep. Would be fine in the summer but not good for a cold February night

Quite noisy from the road which cant be helped. Very small room, no where to put a case apart from on the bed. Could do with more than one bag.

The location is great, right by the Shepherd’s Bush station and close to the mall, restaurants, cafes, etc.

The room was not cleaned properly, there was hair in the tub, floor, table… everywhere. They had a very cheap room spray with a very heavy scent plugged in which made me have a headache so I unplugged it the second day. I chose this place because most of the comments said this was an exceptionally clean hotel but unfortunately I can’t agree. There were yellow & brown stains on the bathroom door, curtains, walls. I don’t think it should be very difficult to pay some attention and clean them. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. They don’t service the room, change the towels, make up the bed if you don’t specifically ask for it. Considering the price I think this is a very overrated hotel. The only good thing was the location.

No fault of the hotel, your in the heart of London after all, but be warned you will need ear plugs.The Train/tube station is right next door which is great for access, but with trains running till just after midnight you will hear them!

Absolutely wonderful hotel. Immaculately clean, safe and friendly. Would always stay here now.

Very bad WiFi connection. The internet was barely working. Couldent work from Hotel.

The decor was lovely...esp considering the price and location. Shower was clean and spacious.

I wish it could offer clients bathroom kits to those who need one.

The location was very close to both where I needed to go for work and right next to Westfield, so I had the opportunity to do a little bit of shopping. The room was very spacious and the bed was super comfy. Having a hot shower at the end of the night was the perfect way to end the night.

I have nothing bad to say about my stay. Everything was just what I needed.

Extremely close to a centre metro line station, so really easy to move around the city. There were some stairs at the entrance, but the staff helped us a lot with the luggage. Everyone was very nice, and the place was clean and comfortable. Water and clean towels were provided daily, which we appreciate a lot.

The location is great for getting into central London by bus or underground. A lot is going on in the area, which has built up over the years, and I hardly know the area at all. Places I knew disappeared under the new structure, and I got lost in the area. It's worth visiting the area. Staff are great to chat to. I stayed here because I was having an eye operation in the area, being my second one also. I love the area since I lived here years ago for a bit.

It's a pity that it is not able to provide meals.

Comfortable single room. Had a nice bed, a table and a chair. So there was enough room to spend some time there not just for sleeping. Small but orderly bathroom with toilet and shower. The window was big and let in enough light and you can see what's going on in the area outside.24h reception staff was always friendly and check in and out were as easy as can be.The hotel is right next to Sheperd's Bush station, which gives you access to the underground and buses within 2 minutes walk.Also there is enough to do in the area. Cinema on the opposite side of the street, bars, cafes and restaurants in the area and even a mall (with another cinema) not 10 minutes away from the hotel.

Not super quiet, but given the busy location, the windows actually blocked most of the traffic and people noise outside.But every so often you could feel and hear the rumble of the underground that passes right underneath the hotel.

Clean bedroom, very helpful staff, lovely hotel. Warm and comfy, has always hot water available, nothing to complain about! Beside a major shopping centre and a major metro station, perfect to get to everywhere in London.

The location is right next to the Westfield Mall, and Shepherd's Bush, so accessibility is excellent to get food or travel.

The property does not have a lift, so if you have luggage, it's slightly hard, although it is mentioned on the hotel's page. The location is right in the city center, so slighly crowded and can be noisy at times.

We liked the location

Our room was very cramped (room 203). The net curtains were filthy, the inside of the bathroom door was filthy and it was a very noisy room (useless secondary double glazing). Very disappointed overall.
