The location

Yes this hotel was very run down and wasn't very clean. They also didn't pay attention to our booking and booked us in a much smaller room and were not able to accommodate us with the correct room. This made for a very uncomfortable and sleepless night.

The staff of this hotel were terrible for their service. We ran out of body wash in our room and we have to reported 3 times to the front desk to get that re-filled!!! It seemed they didn't care what we needed

Brilliant location. Clean and modern.Enormous bed! Easy to navigate.

Double Doors to the bathroom were very small and one handle was broken which made it difficult to close. Not a complaint, just an observation.

Reception were not very welcoming. Toilet in bathroom was dirty.Windows are dirty.Bed setter creaked. Only one pillow. Not enough milk for 3 people.

The location

Early in the morning we had some fecal water coming out of the shower drain. We called up to two times to the reception desk to ask for help and after housekeeping came to solve the problem, the smell was terrible and unbearable. We checked out immediately after that, explaining the situation to the staff once more and we only got an apology from them. We understand that this was an incident, but we also think that they could have handled the situation differently.

Expensive for what you got. Bed was hard and no breakfast

The room was spacious and clean. The front desk staff were friendly. We were able to keep our room for longer for a small fee. We were attending the London Winter Run at Trafalgar Square, so the location was perfect.

Last year, we were able to keep our room on for longer and weren't charged.

Excellent proximity to central London, tucked away on a quiet one way street just beyond the National Gallery. Clean room and building

Mattress overhung the base and was quite springy, not very firm. The rooms whilst clean are quite small, not much room to manoeuvre and the walls are very thin!

Lobby a bit too small and seating was only for bar area.

I like good position of the hotel; everything is near by - restaurants, theatres, pubs... Hotel is safe. After midnight you can enter only with a card. Room is clean. There is also fridge in the room.

The room was not ready. Although check-in is at 3 PM, we did not receive the requested and paid-for standard twin room. We got a room with a king-size bed. The reception told us they would separate the beds, which only happened later. We missed our afternoon rest, which we needed, because we arrived on an early morning flight, and check-in was only at 3 PM.

We upgraded but bathroom was really old and small. Clean but lots of marks

I loved the location, the breakfast, the staff.

The bathroom soap was diluted and there were no face clothes to wash with.

The staff here were all so kind and helpful! Absolutely wonderful! We loved that Chinatown is just around the corner as well. Very close to the tube which made our short stay more efficient. There’s also a kiosk in the lobby where you can order Uber. It was very convenient!

Fairly noisy at times

We all enjoyed our breakfast, there was a good choice available. We asked for hash browns and vegetarian sausages and these were cooked nicely. Fresh yoguart and fruit salad were very good, there was a good choice of food for breakfast.

Nothing all was very good.

The location was very convenient for my needs

I would have liked soya milk cartons in the room, without having to ask and not just dairy milk.The street outside was a little noisy for me so next time I'd ask for a quieter room.
