The staff couldn't locate our luggage that we had asked for them to look after. We had to call someone in to look at the TV as it didn't work...apparently down to a loose wire. The walls were thin and we could hear everthing in the corridors. The room was too small. You had to get into a cold shower before you could adjust the temperature of the water or adjust the temperature with the shiwer door open and risk the bathroom flooding. The beds had rollers on and moved when you sat on them. The sink was very dirty around the plug hole. It needed cleaning. Avoid room 16 if visiting!!

The location was great and the hotel was comfortable.

The location was great
The lady booking us in seemed a bit preoccupied and took a while to getting us checked in. The lift wasnt working and our room was in the 3rd floor. Also the bathroom had no heating.
A comfy bed and a quiet room. We were lucky to get a room with a fridge.
Service at the front of the desk wasn't great. We were met with grumpy staff, not a single smile. The room had a buzzing sound from one of the electrical sockets.

The staff was really polite and helpful. Nice touch the free breakfast if you don't need cleaning for your room. Big room on the 4th floor. There's tea, coffee and cookies in the room every day.
They should inform visitors that there's no adaptor in the room and at the hotel generally. Never understood how someone can use the shower, we had to fill the bathtub every time.
The location was very good, only a few minutes walks to two tube stations.
Our room on the 7th floor was truly outdated and we had to ask for an electric heater to be placed on our room because there was no central heating. The elevator broke down on our second day and it took three days to be repaired.

The hotel was very clean with well presented staff. The hotel is in a good Location which was easy to find and about a 10 minute walk from st Pancras station. Nearest tube station Russell square. Surrounding the hotel were plenty of places to eat, drink and convenience shopping.The room was very clean, it also had facilities to make tea and coffee.

Lady that booked us in was disinterested, on her phone, mumbling, felt like it was an effort to help us. Room was tatty but clean.
The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of variety. The beds were comfortable and the rooms had plenty of storage and facilities.
There was a bar/club too close which kept us awake. Even when it closed, drunk people hung around and kept waking us up.
Facilities was very good and bed so comfortable good night sleep and staff was Soo lovely definitely recommend good night sleep here
