    Pros +

    • I like tge downstair area
    • Everything! Really nice hostel. Perfect location, and close to everything. Easy to find and easy to check in.Shared room with 8 other girls. But went well! Only thing, doors are noisy when opening and closing. Good beds and warm.
    • The location is great, right in the midst of all the main sights in London. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful; they were willing to assist and answered all of my inquiries. The rooms were accessible and well-maintained.

    Cons -

    • The bedroom was too small. The mattreess was leather one horrible. I needed to buy for £2.70 an old towel just to have shower and returned back
    • There was only one window, and the room was too small for four bunk beds. The bed nearest the window was mine, and I was fortunate to share it. There should only be three bunk beds in a room that size (which would already be too crowded with 6 people total with their belongings).
    • The noise and chaos downstairs in the reception communal space from the school group.

I liked the company I was with in the room. I was glad the ladies in the room were of similar age and maturity.

The noise and chaos downstairs in the reception communal space from the school group.

It's very clean, the location is very convenient to travel in London, the staff is very nice.

Friendly staff, a big community kitchen with plenty of fridge and shelf storage space for your food. A lovely check in area with a cafe, little bar and seating area. Excellent free WiFi. A laundry room and free luggage storage on check in and check out.

The room was small for 6 people + all our luggage, unfortunately there were no curtains on the beds for more darkness or privacy. This would have been useful especially because some people in the room didn't turn off their lights at night. The community kitchen was dirty, tea towels and washing up sponge smelt.

    Location is excellent for me.

Some ladies didn't clean the shower floor after splashing water. One was very fidgety on the top bunker as I slept on the bottom.

    Clean and quiet

After one night's stay, one of the staff picked on me and cancelled my future bookings. This is not acceptable. He lied and said that I had been aggressive and stealing. This was not me.

Some few staff members are wonderful, very helpful, The self-catering aspect, and if there are complaints, these few staff members I said, they do help not all,Some are very chatty, advice, and encourage one. These few staff members are wonderful, I don't know what to say, but they are blessed. The environment is beautiful, and it was close to where I preached.

I only have issues with the manager, who was so arrogant, discriminative, and looked down on people. But it is not problems, I'm just writing it in case it can change him for good, Because action speaks louder voice

Near Regent's park, not too far to Tottenham court road station or Euston station, the kitchen is good for catering

Female dorm room #2, the washing sink and toilet weren't working smoothly

    8YouseffPosted on: 2-12-2026

The location and the friendliness of the staff.

The smell in the kitchen close to the lavatory

    9VanessaPosted on: 2-10-2026

It was generally clean and nice. Staff was very nice and welcoming, and it was a comfortable stay

There were only two toilets in my floor and one of them was out of service. I had to go to another floor a couple of times

Good maintained and very clean Hostel,Nice dining Area and very Useful kitchen with a lot of fridges to staff everything needed for the stay.Loved it

The beds could be more comfy but that’s it.

    5FlorencePosted on: 2-9-2026

The kitchen self-service, the environment, and closeness to transport,I mean, it is good and affordable,When the rooms are cold, they provide alternative heating. To compare yha to others, I think it is good

The manager of the hostel picked on my vulnerability. I am educated, He is not a good leader. He takes side without accessing the matter. Because of my situation, I have 3 bags,Called me names, He threatened me that I should leave the hostel and that he is not going to accept my bookings again. And tell other staff about me. gossiping me to the other staff, oh, here she comes. With a bad leader, it can be problematic.

I really enjoyed the evening reception; the gentleman and the young man who work the night shift are very polite and respectful. I especially want to thank the young man who works the night shift, who was patient and helped me solve a small problem. He was patient with me because my English isn't good and I forget everything when I get nervous. Everyone who works there is polite and friendly. I certainly hope to return someday.

The receptionist Ana helped me a lot even though booked it for 8th. She told me to keep my luggage, go out and come back at 15.00 That’s awesome Being with my heavy bag in the streets of London, can’t imagine.

    Good hygiene and well maintained

    10NavnitaPosted on: 2-8-2026
