- Location fantastic safe area. Great atmosphere in pub below the hostel. Staff do a great job thanks to Rhys. Will always be back when in London
Cons -
- No kitchen.
- Location is a little far if your on foot but it's a nice area of London
- My room, the other guests, the noise, the fire alarm going off and a male worker barging in the room unannounced, the lack of facilities, having to wait forever to use the bathroom, I had no locker, the room smelled and was cold, the mattress hurt my back, guests were eating and playing music from their phones at night.

All the staff is ok only one person is abusive the Indian Guy probably the owner
All the staff expect the Indian Guy probably the owner
I liked the friendly staff, the social atmosphere in the bar/common area, and the convenient location for getting around London.
I didn't like that the rooms were quite small and basic, and the bathroom could feel a bit crowded
I liked the helpful staff, relaxed atmosphere, and how easy it was to get transport and nearby cafes from the hostel
I didn't like that the dorm felt a bit cramped
Staff was friendly and responsive.
Rooms were too small and the building was very old. It wasn't very clean and there was no handwash in 2 of the restrooms so we had to ask for it. Also the hot water availability was inconsistent. Lastly, the bedsheets didn't seem like they were washed clean.
The reception area was fairly neat, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very basic toast and cereal and charged separately from the accommodation. Overall, it is suitable for a short overnight stay.
Some late-night noise from roommates returning from a night out disrupted my sleep and made it difficult to fall back asleep. However, this is understandable in a hostel environment. Overall, the stay was pleasant.
Nothing, absolutely grimy. Small rooms stuffed to the brim
There was bed bugs. I feel violated
Is closer to public amenities and amusements
It has a funny smile. Hostel was very dirty, room stinks very old and full of clutter. Had to leave and find another place.
The location just off Kings road was ideal.friendly and helpful staff.comfotable bed ,hot shower
Not much really but if there's a 24hr member of staff as was then bar could be open a little longer than 11.00pm
Staff where nice and met some nice travelers
The Bed Bugs
Staff members were friendly. Bed was clean.
Tiny and cramped room. Tiny shower.
Affordable hostel near the city center and also they bar as available
The location is very ok.The room is too small to contain so many beds, making it air-tight. Not enough ventilation
I paid more than what I saw on the site. I saw 28 euros, and I finally spent 38 pounds, which is too much for a hostel for a night in a room with 16 beds. I need an explanation from the property about why they changed it,
Cleanliness and friendly staff. The Manager is as always super accommodating and happy to help
Staff was great room was clean had stayed previously here and had a great experience, same this time around. rhys is a legend always nice and welcoming. Will definitely keep coming back
I Had a great stay at this hostel .I had read a couple of negative reviews But after staying I don't know why . The bed was comfy, room was clean when I arrived , the showers where great plenty of hot water and clean , did i mention clean !!! A+ , strong internet in commons area and in room , pleasantly surprised. They did offer a little quick start breakfast for a small fee toast and jams cereals and hot and cold drink choices , also had a microwave where you could heat up your own food , the staff was very friendly and informative , especially Rhys the manger he had great personality and was super friendly made you feel really welcomed like a old friend you hadn't seen in a while. All in all would highly recommend and definitely plan on staying again
Once again amazing customer service from Rhys and the staff. Best value hostel in London when you consider location etc
