    Pros +

    • Very clean superb location pleasant and helpful staff
    • Location was great .Next to Paddington station with many shops around. Pretty safe area,5 minutes walk to Hyde park. Room was as expected, warm and clean. People at the reception were very kind and accommodated our needs. We had breakfast ,not originally planned, and it was very good quality and very reasonably priced. Overall a very good experience!!Thank you.
    • Location was perfect, right beside paddigton station, Staff where amazing very friendly, Beds were very comfortable

    Cons -

    • Smallish rooms, but manageable for a few nights stay, Bathroom was very in date, clean Decor a little indated, but honestly it was a lovely stay
    • The rooms were rather small and if you wanted to sit down the bed was the only option. The furniture was badly worn and needs updated the mattress also felt as if it had been around for a while. However I was looking for good value at the time and I believe I got what I paid for.
    • room was freezing cold so had almost zero sleep.

The staff were welcoming and very helpful with a lovely layout of a continental breakfast. The Location was brilliant and very convenient to Paddington Station and Underground. The rooms were clean and were made up each day. The price was also reasonable for our stay.

Location was great only 20 mins walk from Oxford Street and 5 mins walk from Paddington StationAll things considered i.e. price and location, good value for money.

Bedroom was on the small size for two people Breakfast room was a bit cluttered where food was displayed could do with a revamp

Good location. Close to Paddington station. Easy to find. Nice staff. Everthing went smooth.

No toilet brush in the bath. The beds are a bit short, if you are over 180cm. Noise coming from the door outside. It didn't block the noise from outside well. Small this is that it is a bit run out on certain things like doorhandle, sink etc. It works for a couple of nights.

Very nice location and staff! We had two very friendly men who got along with my child as well:)

The smell from bathroom (water canal in shower I think) and too hot in corridors. :/

My room was right next staffs door so can't sleep all night. The noise is keep woke me up. And radiator is not working. Was freezing all night. My room was G 05.I think that room is not for customer.

I hated every aspect of my limited time at this deplorable hotel.

The room we were provided with was truely deplorable, it was small it was in a basement it had sevver damp issues on walls and near power outlets, The walls were also cracked and amateur attempts had been made to patch damp affected parts of the walls. The floor boards were also damp affected and a slip hazard. The desk was at least half delaminated due to dampness. There was an odor of dampness. Because we arrived in the evening we had no option but to spend one night here but despite paying for 5 nights we were so disappointed we left early the next morning. This was not how the hotel was advertised and we are astonished that Booking dot com lists it. I doubt that as a result of this that I will use Booking Dot Com again as your quality assurance is poor. We were also refused a refund and will take this up with the authorities and the law. Be careful if considering this hotel.

It was clean and very close to public transport, Hyde Park and lots of eating options close by. Everything was very easy to get to.

The room was small - could do with some space for luggage, but definitely manageable and catered to our needs

the room was very clean, a main factor for me. the staff was absolutely friendly and i felt so welcoming in there! almost like we were all friends!!!! i would def come back and stay in there, the price was absolutely worth it

honestly... everything was fine and i have nothing to complain about, just a note about the bath being very slippery and i was sometimes afraid to fall, but nopthing that would change the hotel for me!

Extremely convenient location: a few steps from the upper (Queen Street) exit of the Exeter Central Railway Station on the opposite side of the street. A bus stop of the bus (4a) going to the airport is only about 8 min walking from the hotel. About 15 min walking to interesting places downtown.

The heating in my room was, unfortunately, not very powerful... I would have preferred that the room be a bit warmer (January!! and cold outside...)

    4TARIQPosted on: 1-19-2026

    Very clean

No AC. No proper ventilation. Washroom was very small

    7EsaPosted on: 1-19-2026

Room was very small. That’s understandable in London.

Soundproof is low. Noise from corridor was loud. Room door has big gaps all over which doesn’t help.

Great location — just a short walk to restaurants, shops, the train station, and Hyde Park. The room was clean, and the breakfast staff were exceptionally kind and attentive.

The room was a bit small, and a few small touches could make the space more comfortable — like adding hangers for hand towels and towels in the bathroom or hooks in the hallway for coats.
