It’s cleaned and staff is nice. Good internet and places to work online

bathroom is tiny for 6 ppl. And shower is so tiny and overflows with water- no proper drainage. And curtains were dirty. Also no cooling system. Super hot at night and if you open the window it’s super loud

The breakfast they offer for $5.95 was not worth it! With that price you eat better out. Very noisy at night but that comes with the location, nothing the property can do about it’

The staff were friendly and food available was nice. The beds were comfortable, ensuite bathrooms good though tended to flood when you had a shower. Laundry facilities are good.

You couldn't fully shut the window so I was cold when I first got there but then it got warm during the night. Not a very social hostel (although it depends on who is in your dorm). Street noise can be loud if you don't have earplugs

The location was excellent and very safe, and everything was spotlessly clean. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.

Location. Facilities. I arrived very late and left very early to get the 6.16 Eurostar. I had a comfy bed in a dorm with a bathroom at a hostel price. Couldn't have asked for more.

Filthy toilets that’s not cleaned regularly. These toilets are used by both men and women so I believe most women aren’t comfortable with the setup. The walls might be too thin I can hear people’s voices from the other room and from the hallway.

Luggage storage charges, As you have already booked a bed property should not charge extra for Luggage storage that too was very high.

Everything. Rude aggressive staff . I'm disabled and told I could not cancel when I found out it was a top bunk in a shared room with 4 tramps . I was assaulted by a rude staff member who took my property. . This is the worst place iv stayed in . Avoid Avoid Avoid

Choice to pay last minute for breakfast. Open 24hrs for left luggage at check reception & seating area with refill water & toilets all secure.

The window of the bedroom opens and half of the dormitory wanted it open throughout the night. So it kept being opened & closed all night. Those wanting it shut had to keep awake to keep shutting it. Windows should be closed to keep out traffic noise, vibration, pollution, ozone and cold.

Window not sealed properly so you hear every single noise from the busy street including music until early hours

This is a life saver. It's clean, beds are comfy, great price and location. Rooms are a little small but I've seen much worse before.
