Kinda dirty. Showers were pretty poor and the time activated lights would always cut out mid shower with no way to reactivate them during the shower. Staff was ok but also a little rude (london problems)

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location is near bus stop and the underground tube station is just next door. Accessible towards West End and other tourist spots in central London.

Location is one of the best so far. It¿s near the main bus route towards central London. You can even just walk to the famous Oxford Circus and discover the best shops like Selfridges and the posh Mayfair area. And China Town in just 30 minutes away!

Even in here.. constant try of disturbing the peace…in the same limited human ways (e.g. putting people snoring loudly inside the room, constant gang-stalking, and tries to interfere/sabotage)

Very rude Indian guy during the night who did noise on purpose, banging and throwing chairs on the floor for me to leave Telling me "to go to bed" repeatly, I just wanted some time for myself after a very long day at work Not my fault they advertise as a "24h open pub"I was scared as I was alone with him and I am a woman but decided to not get impressed and told him that he was extremely rude

Great location near metro station, quite close to museums by transport, clean, comparing to amount of people stayed here, friendly staff. Extra good price for London, no limits when to enter the pub.

Food on rooms are not allowed, only 2 wc per floor. Often men are snoring in mixed rooms, so to take ear muffs are good idea.

The beds hight is too close,if you are trying lying down, i hit my head thrice. So i am recommending it should be projected abit up

Where to begin? OK, I really loved my stay here. I've bunked in numerous 'Pub Love' hostels over the years and came here for a sort of 'work mixed with tourism' visit. Firstly, the place is lovely and homely, modern and clean. I liked mt clean and comfortable bunk in a modern, well-appointed room on the first floor (Room 7). The location is fantastic, very close to tube links and Paddington, by the Paddington flyover at the Edgware Road Junction - stores and affordable cultural eating options of every kind within a stone's throw. Because of its location to the tube and Baker Street Station (1 stop away), it was actually faster for me getting to places like Uxbridge than it was for me staying in physically closer places like Kilburn and Willesden.The place does good food and drink, fantastic burgers (seriously), beers are well priced for London though the spirits are a little steep. What I most liked is that the place has a charm and an energy, it's 'alive and buzzing', but at the same time it's surprisingly quiet and homely - without being 'dead and boring'. The staff here could not do enough to be helpful and I will be sure to return here.

OK, this isn't a criticism as such but something I'm hoping they can have a second look at. The rules and signs state very clearly that it's a tourist hostel and as such people can't live there - I totally get that, and to support that they have a rule that you can't stay there more than 14 nights in a 6-month period. Though I get the reasons, I can't help feeling that rule is a little more strict than it actually needs to be, and maybe something like 18 or 21 nights per 6 months would strike a better balance between protecting the rules, and enabling those who value the place to stay there a little more often.

The staffs are okay especially the long hair night shift guy is very kind I felt so comfortable to stay here while checking in.

One night shift man never cleaned up the dirty tables with rubbishes and glasses in the bar watching at videos on the phone all the time and was rude because he had to kick a lady out one hour ago before that who was talking upset and annoying everyone and I went down to let him know after an hour I'll change the linens because the housekeeping neither cleaned the bed nor put a pillow which was not my fault but he was still pissed off.

Honestly best hostel in london with best vibes all the staff Zak, Loui, will, Vincent Abdul mark and even the chef mo are all spot on , mo makes a banging burger aswell and all the people staying get discounts on food its a must stay in my eyesScott

Mouldy, damp, toilets broken. Had to find another hotel and ended up spending a lot more than I wanted too

The hostel is at a great location, very central and easy to reach at all times of the day. Extra perks for the pub open all night for patrons, that is definetly a plus

Bigger rooms can be a bit too busy, if you're travelling with groups I'd advise to try and get an entire room.

Id like to ad how great the staff were Zak Louis mark and Abdul all top blokes, was very comfortable stay haf non issues and staff were superb

The only communal area was the pub, which obviously had London beer and food prices. Some dorms have tiny lockers and it seems they squeezed in as many beds as possible.
