The room description was not accurate. We booked what was described as a "Suite"..... when in reality it was a regular sized hotel room that happened to have a small sofa.

staff were friendly and very accommodating. we stayed for valentines night in London ans I requested some decorations in the room which were done and made our stay feel more special. There were some great little personal touches in the room too. The bed was so comfy it felt like sleeping on a cloud. An all round great experience in a great location. Thankyou to all the staff for making it special.
They show no respect toward guests.The service is very poor.
The reception service is very poor. The rooms are not clean, and the bathrooms are dirty. There is no housekeeping service, and no one is cleaning the rooms.

Everything was good as always, and I always choose this hotel whenever I visit. This is actually the first time I tried the breakfast here, and unfortunately the male staff member at the breakfast reception was not friendly at all and treated us rudely, to the point that I stopped going for breakfast because of his attitude.I do not recommend the breakfast, and I will not return to this hotel
I really appreciated the high level of safety, the excellent location, and the overall comfort of the property. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the hospitality made the stay very pleasant. A special thanks to Mrs. Sasha and Mr. Krishna for their enormous efforts, professionalism, and kindness — they truly made a difference and enhanced my experience.
Occasionally, there were minor delays with room cleaning when I returned after being out for a long period. However, the staff were responsive once contacted, and I trust this will be even smoother in the future.

I was surprised after checking out to find out they had deducted my security deposit because of the incense (even though I hadn't used it yet, they just sawit). تThe amount is over £200. This is the last time I'll stay at this hotel with my family and friends.
