The location was excellent, the staff were very helpful. I had some food i needed stored in the fridge and they were willing to accommodate this storage and help with transportation tips and our bags all the time. I will stay again and again!!!

We loved the daily chocolates/cookies we got every night, and that were different every night. The bathroom designs were really pretty too, especially the showers. Location was quite nice, though not too many restaurants nearby.

The employees were extremely helpful and eager to assist in whatever manner we may require.

There were fewer things nearby than we had expected. But being near the Embassies, it makes sense.

The location is very good, very quiet but with shopping and restaurants nearby. We ordered room service several times and found it remarkably quick to be delivered as well as fresh from cooking, still hot and perfectly prepared.

The service was very good, although not with our imperfection. At one point, a server sat among other guests in the lounge chatting and laughing while I went in search of lemon wedges we'd requested. This was the exception not the rule, though.

The room was perfectly fine, but ours was located above the terrace bar so it was pretty disappointing to come for one special night away of rest and feeling like you're sitting in the middle of a bar it was so loud (past 11pm)

The rooms were smaller than what they appeared to be. I had to upgrade to a third level room and ended up paying extra $90 dollars a night.

Service is exceptional. It looks like service is the hotel flagship: a misunderstanding whether price included breakfast, was sorted out in no time, though I had no written proof. Also sheets were of the highest quality.

This is not my first stay at the property. Cleanliness was excellent (10/10), the overall comfort and location were very good, and the staff were generally polite and professional.

There was noticeable noise between rooms, which affected the quality of the stay. In addition, the security deposit amount was quite high. It was suggested that half of the deposit be taken as a tip for the staff. While I did not mind this as a gesture of appreciation, the amount was relatively high and I felt uncomfortable declining. I would appreciate clearer options or a lower suggested amount in the future.

Was just okay not exceptional nor would I go back.

Concierge was a jerk. He didn’t know what he was doing. No concept of times of tours. Made little effort to asssist.

Great place to stay in however an additional fee was added to my bill on each day upon checkout so be aware of this although it wasn’t mentioned in the policy nor when I checked in.

The location is fantastic for access to Belgravia, the room was very comfortable and well appointed, the sitting alcove and view were a lovely addition.

The Hari Hotel has become much more than just a hotel for me over the years — it is truly my go-to address in London. I have been staying here almost every year since 2017, and it remains one of the very few places I consistently choose each time I return. I have always loved the Chelsea area, and having previously lived nearby, The Hari’s location holds a personal significance for me. Their warm yet refined approach, attention to detail, and sincere care for guests elevate the entire experience. The rooms are always immaculate, beautifully designed, and aesthetically pleasing, maintaining the same high standard of comfort and cleanliness with every stay.During my most recent visit, I experienced a situation that once again highlighted The Hari’s commitment to guest care. My mother’s suitcase was lost at Heathrow Airport, and the concierge team handled the matter with remarkable dedication. They personally followed up on the issue, kept me updated on a daily basis, and managed the process with great care and professionalism. This level of involvement and responsibility meant a great deal to me.In short, every time I stay at The Hari Hotel, I leave more satisfied than the last. The hotel was very, very, very good. Everything was extremely clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. The room was spacious and nicely designed, the bed was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent, making it easy to get around London.
