Big room

Old, tiny, not stocked bathroom. If 4+ suites share one shower and bathroom.. They better be nice.

Location was perfect for what i visited for, the room was warm and clean and bed very comfortable.

TV didn't work (though i never mentioned it to anyone) and the bathroom wasn't the best

The A/C was not working. Also the shower was broken and water was spilling all over.

The location was the selling point for this property.

Spaces were quite small and very narrow. Furthermore we didn’t have tea facilities in our room, which sucked.

Central location, near to underground, bus and train station and Hyde Park by foot! Really quiet

The apartment, furnishings, bedding and towels were all quite tired looking and in need of replacement with the exception of two lounge chairs. It didn’t look like the photographs. Step up then huge step down into bathroom was very dangerous for my elderly mum- wish we had been made aware of this. No spare toilet paper and only the tiniest bit in the roll so the first thing we had to do was go and buy some. Owners were very helpful in allowing us to drop our luggage early and store it until late the following day which we were very grateful for.

Excellent quiet location

Needs a little more attention to public areas security then it would be perfect.I bit more attention to cleaning the entrance area and the bedroom would be great but the sheets towels and bed were excellent.

the location was fantastic 4 mins walk from Oxford streett. Hyde Park Close also

Notting I didn't like

Nothing it’s was absolutely disgusting and stunk of gone off curry everything was filthy and old the microwave was covered in orange never cleaned there staff kitchen is dreadful washing up just sat there the floor and carpets was covered in marks we came with our baby immediately jumped in the car and went home as this seemed like a better option then staying here

Location of Hotel was very good. Just 5 mins walk from Oxford Street and Marble Arch Station. Rooms needs to be modernised but size is very good. Staff very helpful and always ready to assist.

Maybe more electricity outlets especially underneath the Table and near Bed.

The hearing could not be turned off and it was hot that it made on of the group members be sick

Friendly staff

No water, no glass, no linen change during 5 nights.

The bed was comfortable and clean.

The room had a very small (shared) bathroom and shower facilities. The toilet wasn't cleaned properly. The light switches were hard to find as the bed was pushed up against them.

The location was great , very central to the underground and bus routes . The guy that met me at the property was brilliant and very friendly. To be honest , after booking the stay I then read some of the comments which were negative and I was a bit apprensive about the "upcoming " stay. But when I got there , I was impressed and it was great value for the price paid

The place we were allocated was not where we had booked according to the pictures and address on booking.comIt was appropirte for our needs (I was doing the Royal Parks Half) but disappointing that it was not what we booked. The toilet and shower are tiny and the shower was broken.

Location is really good

There is no one in reception.We couldnt check in on the time. We carried all luggages with us all day.When we checked in, almost an hour later the key broke. We found ourselves locked in the room and waited for like an hour for someone to open the door. And then it took almost 2 hours to fix the door. We carried our stuff to go and have a dinner at least but they called us to come and check the door. Then, finally around 10 pm we managed to put everything in room and leave the room to hang around on a saturday night.They showed us other keys that were broken in the same door over and over again. But they still do not take any procautions for it, just change the key.In the morning, ofcourse there were no one in reception we just leave the key and left.Bathroom and toilets are so narrow that a person can barely step.

We could not sleep all 3 nights because other guests who stayed there talked too loud till midnight and took shower or went to Wc while the door was open, and it was not nice for family and shouting and singing till midnight. kitchen did not have cooker and wan not clean

Location was great close to Hyde park where we was going.

Shared bathroom was small

Location was amazing, close to Hyde park. Tube station close, pub and local amenities practically on the door step. Kitchen facilities good, plenty of space. Rooms big, towels provided.

Bathroom needed a bit of TLC, minimal hot water, most of us had cold showers.

Was comfortable and host attentive basic but good

Difficult to find had a lot of stairs
