Radisson Blu Hotel, London Leicester Square

The location is perfect.

AC failed during record heat in London. Staff were kind enough to provide a portable unit but we did not sleep Well As it was quite loud.

Did not understand how to use the shower head, no soap for wash hands and very poor breakfast.

No draught larger available in the hotel bar has it had ran out. 5 star hotel.

Clean friendly good breakfast excellent location

Shower was poor, tv was bent and needed to be levelled with a spoon. My husband is autistic and this bothered him. Would have been nice to have a bedside table both sides of the bed

Great location, easy to get to the theatre and some of London best locations. The staff were helpful and very welcoming.

The room was tired, the chairs and furniture were very worn and damaged. The shower and bathroom needed refreshing. The foyer and entrance were tidy and clean.

Great location with decent size rooms and very friendly, helpful staff. Very handy for the Lego store and theatre land!

Disappointed in room for the...

Sewerage smells in bathroom (really bad), rusty fittings and poor finishing in bathroom, sink would not retain water, had to leave tap running whilst shaving. Windows so dirty, could hardly see through them.

Staff were utterly delightful Room was spacious, spotless and well equipped. Excellent location.

Room service was poor- many of my calls went unanswered and food arrived cold.Cleanliness of room (mediocre). On one occasion a 'fresh' glass was supplied by housekeeping that had tea stains clearly visible.

Location was fantastic, staff easily went above and beyond to make our stay as special as possible. Accommodated and anticipated our needs without fuss. Food and drinks wre excellent and well worth it. Our family had an excellent extended weekend away and would not hesitate in booking with yourselves again. Thank you for the wonderful memories! We will absolutely be back next time we are in London.

Absolutely everything staff were attentive cleanliness was fantastic. Views were spectacular. Location was absolutely Key.

Tatty, tired, the heating did not work in the room, the breakfast service was poor, the gym was poor.

Location and the staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. It was my boyfriend's birthday and they made the effort to put a little cake in the room and prosecco which was such a kind thing to do.

The room needed updating it was a bit gloomy.
