Pros +
- the property was pretty useful and clean. not to mention the location. it was the best part of our trip, everywhere is a 2-10 min walk!
- Clean, good location, and fair price. Breakfast is simple which I like.
- The staff were accommodating and welcoming. The location and proximity to transportation and attractions. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel itself.
Cons -
- No face cloth in bathroom.Facial tissues amiss. I place the roll of tissue on the desk for my use, Housekeeping keeps putting it back in the bathroom. We need it for nasal drips and wiping off blood drippings from my diabetic injections.I nice touch would be to leave bottle water for the coffee and hot water pot. We do drink hot water and tea in the evening.
- Heating worked, but cold air came through the windows, making the room very cold and uncomfortable. The bathroom was even colder.
- The beds were extremely uncomfortable, you could feel the springs on the main bed. The “couch bed” is literally a chair with a pull out cot. You could feel the metal beams in your back when you laid down. It was so uncomfortable we had to get a second mattress and extra duvets to make it more comfortable. There is no free water at the hotel, they only offer small bottles for sale in the lobby.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable.
The room was clean and the bed was large and comfortable.

You can’t beat the location! It’s in a quiet area, close to everywhere you could want to go. I would stay here again just for the location alone. The rooms were much larger than other hotels I’ve stayed at in London. The staff was kind and accommodating to requests for more sheets, pillows, etc.

Very nice and quiet stay, close to center overall satisfied and I would recommend
No bus station close to the hotel although it’s pretty close to tourist attractions
Great location, comfortable room, excellent staff.
Great location, nice rooms, pleasant helpful staff
Perfect location! Clean quiet rooms. Nice bathroom.
We wanted a quiet room and they gave us a room which was towards the main road. They said it was because we booked it that way however I specifically requested a quiet room in advance and they could have explained that we either couldn’t get a quieter room or we needed to upgrade. The last time we stayed here it was facing the back of the hotel and much quieter. FYI
Location Clean
Noise from train
staff upgraded our room. pleasant surprise.
bottled water not complimentary and no facial tissue provided.
I liked all of it. This hotel is very decent. It's clean, inviting, comfortable, and the location is perfectly safe and close to everything and let me not forget the staff are friendly. Their room is a decent size, it is clean and comfortable. They have free wifi, breakfast and a place to leave your luggage if you're not leaving as of yet when you check out. That was pretty cool since our flight was not until later that afternoon. The location is perfect, it's quiet, safe and it's a walking distance to Oxford Street, where shops, restaurants are. And the tubes and buses are close too to connect you to most major attractions throughout the city. Highly recommended!Drew
I liked everything.
Location, good value, clean
Location was very good close to 2 main tube lines. Some pubs nearby and easy walking to some of the main squares like Leicester. Breakfast was also good and very neatly arranged every morning. We had a room with a bunk bed and a queen which was good for my wife and 2 kids and I. And the hotel staff were very friendly and accomodating.
Everything was pretty good. It's pricey to stay in downtown London but I'm sure that's pretty much the same in any major city these days.
Comfortable bed, quiet neighborhood, close to the tube.
Noisey neighbor.
Well located and a good value. Super clean and the staff was terrific. Reasonably quiet for city center, and they provide ear plugs. Plenty of hot water, nice linens, a safe, blow dryer, and kettle with coffee and tea. What more can you ask for? A solid choice!
Very little wrong. If I had to name a few things they would be minor. I would have liked the ability to control the temperature of the room, but it was not unpleasant. The toilet paper was not a very good quality, and I wish they had facial tissues available.
Location was amazing. We were close to everything and walked to various locations throughout our trip like Westminster, SoHo, Buckingham
For 3 people their should be 3+ rolls of toilet paper to begin. Wish there was a refrigerator, as well. Would be nice to have a shelf or something in bathroom with toilet to set clothes or under sink in shower room. Also would love conditioner in shower.
Location was great and accessible. Regent street was very close and Covent Gardens was also within walking distance. There were plenty of shops around a few blocks down the street and enough restaurant choices.
Our room was by the street on the first floor so occasional noise here and there was inconvenient however, the street is relatively quiet.
