Radisson Blu Hotel, London Bloomsbury

Thought the room was really clean, great size and very spacious and great for a family.

Nothing. Everything exceeded our expectations

Really lovely place to stay. So close to the theatres and good shopping. The pillows were amazing. Breakfast was great and a good selection. Shower was perfect and great facilities in the room.

The stay was good but...

Got woken up at 12.45pm by an alarm going on and off for about 25-30 mins, tried phoning several times the reception and the manager but no reply after that couldn’t get back to sleep.

Spacious room with everything we needed. Excellent location to explore but hotel itself was quiet.

Good location, restaurant and bar

Construction going on, alarms going off at night, dangerous journey to the lobby through construction site with wires hanging, doors blocked...very dangerous.

It was not the hotel I booked as they did not put me in a family room so they move us to this hotel which is older looking

The location was quite excellent! The other excellent was breakfast - I'd say 5/5 for both. The decor was nice as well, cleanliness too. Lots of TV channels. Very good lighting (compared to some hotels). The room (premium king room) was very big and nice.

Like in UK overall, the bathroom was super cold. Which also meant anything was drying very slowly. Also, the bathroom windows were facing the street and there were no curtains. While the glass was blurred, especially at night with the lights on, I was wondering what kind of level of peep show we were giving... Also you could not adjust the AC, and it was kinda hot.

Great location, My wife liked the size of the bathroom, choices of full cooked breakfast or continental. My wife also liked the gift the staff had left for her birthday

This was a gift stay for my brother in laws 60 th and they said they were treated like royalty so thank all the staff very much . The had dinner in the hotel too which they very much enjoyed

The room and everywhere else in the hotel was spotless. Prosecco on arrival and got an upgraded room. Receptionist staff very helpful and really friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

A hotel with an excellent location, great comfort, and a very well-prepared and friendly staff.

The hotel was undergoing renovations on its lower floors; however, the team was committed to respecting working hours so as not to cause discomfort to guests. I would return to the hotel even during the renovation, as it did not disturb my stay at all.

Lovely service and a great breakfast

The air-conditioning was weak and we ended up with a hot room, the shower was only over the bath and quite low, I'm not 6ft and yet kept hitting my hand on the shower head when washing my hair. Additionally it had a fixed head only, personal preference is to have a wand.

The location was amazing, the breakfast was delicious, the room was very nice and the staff was super friendly and kind too. It’s less than 5 min walk from the British museum and you can basically walk to Oxford street, Piccadilly Circus, all the theatres, and everywhere within a 20/30 min radius. There’s a nice sushi place across the street called Nunu sushi. And a delicious Thai place around the corner called Thonglor. We will definitely be staying here again.

Bar, restaurant, lounge area. The staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for us.
