I did not like anything about this hotel.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It almost completely ruined our trip. You could squeeze the mattress flat with one hand. Our room was cleaned ONCE in the 7 days we were there. Had to be moved from a room due to strong sewage smells.

Very comfortable, clean and welcoming.

The location was in the area I wanted. The bed was reasonably comfortable. Very firm but that is how we like it.

The room was not clean and poorly maintained. It was on the 3rd floor and did not have a elevator. The room was very small and there was a lot of noise form neighbors as well as from a bar near by.

Great location! 1 block to Paddington station! Excellent staff and very clean.

Only drawback was no lift which is not unusual but certainly inconvenient with dragging luggage to the 3rd floor.

The location was awesome but not recommended for people with disabilities

Location, location, location and the staff!!!

Small rooms but wasn’t too bad, if you are only two people max and are normal weight. No offense just helping out as i had not seen a review which states this.

Location was good, nice and warm on second floor.

Small public spaces. Filthy, frayed and stained carpets; filthy/mismatched and not fitting drapes; uncoordinated furniture; poorly finished restroom-peeling paint, crooked toilet and ugly/broken grouting; peeling flooring in breakfast.

No toilet ...had to use a shared toilet in the hall. No lift.... had to climb 4 floors of ever smaller stairs. Kettle could only be used when on top of the bed....very unsafe.

Proximity to Paddington station, only a 3 min walk. Staff were very friendly and approachable.

Our private bathroom was across the hall with public access. Four flights of stairs- no lift. Tiny room was basically a single with a double bed. Tea making facilities were provided but no socket nearby, had to boil the kettle on the pillow.

It was like a dirty, cramped dorm room. I do not understand how it rates 3 stars, as it had no amenities other than an over-priced continental breakfast that was not included in the room rate.

Asked the staff to fix the radiator at the beginning of my stay, they never did.

The nicest thing I can say is that the hotel had clean towels.

The room was terrible for a lot of reasons; it was so small the only place to open my (small) suitcase was on the bed. The room was downstairs in a very old building so navigating down the stairs and into the room was very cumbersome with luggage.

No plug in wash basin. Reported it twice maintainance man came but it was never remedied

Except from the location, everything else was horrible. I wonder if it is even get one star let slone three stars!!!
